The ANZZI Kahn Sliding Frameless Shower Door comes in 4 versions: 45 to 48" x 76" or 57 to 60" x 76" size, Matte Black, Brushed Nickel or Polished Chrome finish and tsunami guard coating or clear glass. Pick your options above to open the exact model, with its own price and details. The details below are for the 45 to 48" x 76", Matte Black, Tsunami Guard coating version.
The ANZZI SD-FRLS05801MB is the 45" to 48" x 76" Kahn Series frameless sliding shower door in Matte Black. Frameless glass that needs no swing space, it suits a bathroom where every inch in front of the shower counts. Matte black draws a crisp dark outline around the glass and pairs naturally with black faucets, shower systems and grout lines in a modern or industrial bathroom.
Kahn's door is a double sliding design: two frameless panels pass each other on their rollers, so either side can open and the door never swings out into the room. That makes it a natural fit for a bathroom where a hinged door would hit the vanity or the toilet, and for anyone who wants an open, all-glass look without a frame around every edge.
Both panels are 5/16" tempered Deco-Glass, ANSI-certified to be safe, strong and durable, and double-sided Tsunami Guard shielding repels water to protect against cloudy build-up, so the glass stays clear with a quick wipe after each shower. ANZZI says the frameless design with double sliding doors gives the shower a premium look.
The hardware is Rhino Alloy-certified aluminum, finished in brushed nickel, polished chrome or matte black, and the versatile symmetrical design allows for left or right installation, whatever fits your space. The same Kahn door is sold on its own for an existing shower and in packages with a matching ANZZI ANR shower base.
Measure the finished opening at the top and the bottom before you order: the SD-FRLS05801MB fits openings from 45" to 48" wide and stands 76" tall. Because the door slides along the opening, it needs no clearance in front of the shower, which makes it the practical choice beside a vanity, toilet or narrow walkway.
Kahn is offered here in 4 base-and-door packages (48" x 32" package, 60" x 30" package, 60" x 32" package and 60" x 36" package) and doors sold alone for 45" to 48" and 57" to 60" openings, 3 finishes (brushed nickel, polished chrome and matte black) and center, left and right drain positions, so you can match the glass to your space and your fixtures; the SD-FRLS05801MB is the 45" to 48" door in Matte Black.
The door is sold on its own, so it needs a finished shower base, tub or tiled threshold and finished, plumb walls to mount against. Day to day the glass takes very little work: squeegee or wipe it after the last shower of the day so drops do not dry into spots, and wash it with soap and hot water on a soft cloth when it needs more. Skipping abrasive pads and harsh cleaners protects both the glass coating and the matte black finish.
A Kahn door suits a tiled alcove, an existing shower base or a tub-to-shower conversion about 48" wide in a family bathroom or primary suite. ANZZI highly recommends professional installation.
Features
Double Sliding Frameless Doors
Two frameless panels slide past each other, so the shower opens from either side with no swing space needed in front of it.
5/16" ANSI-Certified Glass
5/16" tempered Deco-Glass is ANSI-certified to be safe, strong and durable, with clean frameless edges.
Water-Repellent Coating, Both Sides
Tsunami Guard shielding on both sides repels water to protect against cloudy build-up, so a squeegee keeps the glass clear.
Rhino Alloy Aluminum Hardware
The aluminum hardware is Rhino Alloy-certified for long-lasting performance, in brushed nickel, polished chrome or matte black.
Reversible Installation
The symmetrical design allows left or right installation, so the door can open on the side nearest the shower valve.
Matte Black Finish
The hardware is finished in matte black, a low-sheen dark tone that frames the glass in a crisp outline and suits black fixtures and modern tile.
Fits 45" to 48" Openings
The door adjusts across openings from 45" to 48" wide at 76" tall, so it can absorb small differences in wall-to-wall width.

Installation & Care
Installation
Fits a finished opening from 45" to 48" wide and 76" tall, installed on a finished threshold between finished walls that are plumb and at right angles. The hardware is reversible for a left or right opening. ANZZI recommends professional installation. ANZZI's specification sheet is in Resources.
Care
ANZZI's care guide says to clean with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, to test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, to rinse every surface completely right after cleaning, and never to let a cleaner soak. Because the Tsunami Guard coating makes water bead and run off, a squeegee or soft-cloth wipe after each shower clears the drops before they dry into spots; skip scouring cleaners, bristle brushes and abrasive sponges, which can scratch the glass and its coating. Wipe the metal hardware dry with a soft cloth and keep ammonia, bleach and acid cleaners off the finish.
