The 10167N5-ORB-W is the Bellaterra Home Oviedo single handle bathroom vanity faucet in Oil Rubbed Bronze, a solid brass faucet that mounts through one hole in the sink or countertop and comes with a matching push pop-up drain with overflow. It suits a guest bath, a powder room or a family bathroom where you want one lever for both the flow and the temperature, and a tidy deck around a compact faucet.
One Lever for Flow and Temperature
Bellaterra designs the Oviedo with a single lever handle, which allows simple control over the flow and the temperature. Lift the lever to start the water and set how much runs, and move it to the side to go warmer or cooler, all with one hand. That makes it easy to use with wet or soapy hands and for children reaching the sink.
Solid Brass, a Ceramic Valve and Pre-Installed Hoses
The faucet body is solid brass and the lever works a durable ceramic valve. The stainless steel and netted soft supply hoses come pre-installed on the faucet, so it is ready to connect to the shutoff valves under the sink without buying separate supply lines first, and Bellaterra includes the mounting tools in the box.
Water Saving Flow
Bellaterra states that this faucet style meets the EPA WaterSense criteria, which recognise faucets that conserve water without giving up performance. Bellaterra fits its faucets with a 1.2 gallons per minute cartridge to comply with the California Title 20 water efficiency standards, and notes that residents of other states may change the water saving cartridge to a standard 2.2 gpm cartridge by contacting Bellaterra customer service. At 1.2 gpm the faucet still fills a basin for washing or shaving, while each use draws less water than a standard 2.2 gpm faucet, which helps keep monthly water use down.
The Oviedo is a counter mount faucet that needs a single hole in the sink or countertop, which leaves more open deck than a three hole faucet and suits a narrow vanity top drilled for one hole. The maximum deck thickness is 1.57", so measure the thickness of your counter or sink deck before you order. The faucet weighs 3 lb and is made in China. Because the drain comes in the same box, the faucet and drain arrive as a matched set and the sink is complete once both are installed.
Oviedo is offered in 3 finishes: Brushed Nickel, New Black and Oil Rubbed Bronze. This model is the Oil Rubbed Bronze version, and the drain is supplied to match it. Oil Rubbed Bronze is a living finish that will change over time as a result of normal use, so follow the care notes below. Wipe the faucet down with a soft cloth to keep it clean.
With one lever, a single hole mount and a matching push pop-up drain in the box, the Oviedo suits the replacement of an older single hole faucet, a small bathroom where counter space matters, or a new vanity whose top is drilled for one faucet hole.
For a bathroom that needs simple one hand control on a single hole sink, the Bellaterra Home Oviedo 10167N5-ORB-W brings a solid brass body, a ceramic valve, a 1.2 gpm flow and a matching push pop-up drain with overflow, all in Oil Rubbed Bronze.

Solid Brass Construction
The Oviedo faucet body is solid brass, made for long lasting function in a fixture that is used many times a day.
Durable Ceramic Valve
The lever works a durable ceramic valve, mixing the hot and cold supply inside the faucet body for steady control.
Water Saving 1.2 GPM Flow
Bellaterra states this style meets the EPA WaterSense criteria, and its 1.2 gallons per minute cartridge complies with the California Title 20 water efficiency standards.
Pre-Installed Stainless Steel Supply Hoses
Stainless steel and netted soft supply hoses come pre-installed on the faucet, which makes installation easier and saves buying separate supply lines.
Matching Push Pop-Up Drain
Each 10167N5-ORB-W comes with a matching push pop-up drain with overflow, supplied in Oil Rubbed Bronze to match the faucet so the sink hardware looks consistent.
Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish

Single Hole Counter Mount
The faucet mounts on the counter through one hole, leaving more of the sink deck open than a three hole faucet and making a compact, tidy setup.

Installation & Care
Installation
Professional installation is recommended. The Oviedo mounts on the counter and needs one hole in the sink or countertop, on a deck no thicker than 1.57". The stainless steel supply hoses are pre-installed and the mounting tools are included: connect the hoses to the hot and cold shutoff valves under the sink, then fit the included push pop-up drain into the sink drain opening and connect it to your existing trap.
Care
This is a living finish that changes over time: clean it only with mild soap and water, dry it after each use, coat it now and then with non-abrasive carnauba wax, and never use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or plumber's putty on it.
