Installation & Care
Installation
Professional installation is recommended. The Malaga mounts on the counter and needs one hole in the sink or countertop. The stainless steel supply hoses are pre-installed and the mounting tools are included: connect the hoses to the hot and cold shutoff valves under the sink, then fit the included push pop-up drain into the sink drain opening and connect it to your existing trap.
Care
Clean the faucet with mild soap and water and a soft cloth, dry it after use, and do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners or plumber's putty on its surface.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Bellaterra Home ships this item from its warehouse in the Sacramento, California area by parcel carrier. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused, uninstalled Bellaterra Home products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a $25 repackaging fee applies if the item does not come back in its original packaging; items damaged on the way back because of poor packaging are not credited. Installed, altered or used products can't be returned.
Bellaterra Home LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser and first consumer owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, and replaces it with a new unit or parts at its discretion. The warranty covers the original installation only and is void if the product is moved from it. It does not cover labor, freight, installation, removal or reinstallation costs, transportation damage, surface scratches, abusive treatment, misuse, neglect, handling damage or faulty installation. Special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, Matte Black and Gold change over time, so on those finishes the warranty covers functionality only.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number, a written description and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Bellaterra Home. Bellaterra Home replaces the product with a new unit or replacement parts at its discretion; labor and freight are not covered, so keep your proof of purchase.
