The Bellaterra Home 302418 is a 24" one-piece ceramic vanity top with an integrated rectangular sink, pre-drilled with three faucet holes for an 8" widespread faucet. It sits directly on top of a vanity cabinet, so it suits a quick bathroom update, a rental refresh or a new cabinet that needs a top and sink in one piece.
One Piece of Glazed Ceramic
Bellaterra makes the top and bowl from high grade ceramic as a single piece, so there is no seam between counter and sink for water or grime to collect in. The ceramic is double fired and glazed for durability and stain resistance, and the white enamel glaze gives a smooth, non-porous surface that makes cleaning easy.
The rectangular bowl measures 16.75" x 10.5" x 5". It has a functional overflow, an opening near the rim that lets water drain away if the stopper is closed and the tap is left running, which protects the cabinet and the floor from an overflowing basin.
The top is pre-drilled with three faucet holes for an 8" widespread faucet, the three-piece layout with separate hot and cold handles either side of the spout. The faucet is not included, so you can choose the style and finish that suit the room. Bellaterra states that the top meets and exceeds cUPC standards, the plumbing code listing used in the United States and Canada.
Sizing the 24" Ceramic Top
The 302418 measures 24" W x 18" D x 7" H and weighs 27 lb. Bellaterra designs it to fit directly on top of a vanity cabinet and says it complements any industry standard vanity. Measure the outside width and depth of your cabinet and compare them with the top before you order.
In this series Bellaterra offers the top in 16", 21", 24", 30" and 48" widths, so the same white ceramic look can run through a home, from a narrow powder room cabinet to a wider main bathroom vanity.
In daily use the glaze is the main advantage: toothpaste, soap and makeup wipe off the smooth white surface, and the integrated bowl has no rim joint to scrub around.
For a 24" cabinet that needs a durable, easy to clean surface, the Bellaterra Home 302418 brings the counter, the bowl and the faucet drilling together in one glazed ceramic piece.

Installation & Care
Installation
Set the 302418 on a level, dry cabinet and check the fit against the top's 24" W x 18" D x 7" H footprint. The top is easy to install and fits directly on top of a vanity cabinet: apply a bead of silicone along the cabinet's top edges, lower the top into place, then fit the faucet in the pre-drilled holes and connect the drain and supply lines.
Care
Clean the ceramic top and sink with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry them afterwards. Keep abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals off the glaze, since they can scratch and dull the surface.
