Storage is split for daily use. Bellaterra gives it three drawers with English dovetail construction to hold the small things such as toothbrushes, razors and makeup, while four doors on 110 degree wrap around hinges open to the sink cabinet, where Bellaterra fits two shelves you can adjust to the height of what you store and leaves a big opening for the plumbing.
A 1.3" Thick Top with the Sink in Place
Every Plantation top is 1.3" (33mm) thick with an eased edge, and Bellaterra pre-installs the cUPC certified white ceramic sinks at the factory, so the top arrives with its rectangular sinks ready for plumbing. The gray granite top is genuine granite, a natural material, so the pattern and color vary and every top is slightly different. Bellaterra pre-seals and polishes its counter tops for added protection, and granite takes daily use in a bathroom well.
The top is pre-drilled with three holes for an 8" widespread faucet at each sink, and the sinks each have an overflow. A matching 4" high backsplash is sold separately if you want to protect and finish the wall behind the counter.
Oak, Plywood and Ash Veneer
The cabinet is built from solid oak and plywood, topped with an ash veneer that gives the Brown Ash finish its visible grain, and Bellaterra uses no MDF or particle board. Full corner blocks on all corners keep the frame square and add support under the stone top. Bellaterra hand applies multiple layers of eco friendly stain and top coat to protect the wood against peeling, cracking and fading, and the interior is finished to match the exterior, so the inside of the cabinet looks as cared for as the front. Plantation style hardware in a Wrought Iron Black finish completes the look.
Size, Fit and Matching Options
This vanity measures 55" W x 22" D x 36" H and weighs 220 lb. It is freestanding with a toe kick at the base, so you can stand close to the counter without stubbing your feet. No assembly is required for this size.
Plantation comes in 31", 37" and 55" widths and in Brown Ash, Glacier Ash and Gray Ash (dark brown, white and light gray). At the 55" size Bellaterra offers it with Black Galaxy granite, gray granite and White Carrara marble tops, and each Plantation cabinet is configured to work with Bellaterra countertops or any standard sized top, so the cabinet can be paired with a different counter later. Installation & Care
Installation
This is a freestanding 55" vanity. No assembly is required for this size. Set the cabinet against the wall and level it, place the top, then connect the faucet and the drain to each sink; the faucet, drain and P-trap are not included. Check the supply and drain positions against the cabinet layout before the cabinet goes against the wall.
Care
Wipe spills off the stone top right away so they cannot stain it, and clean it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Bellaterra Home ships this item from its warehouse in the Sacramento, California area by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment, an adult must be there to sign, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused, uninstalled Bellaterra Home products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a $25 repackaging fee applies if the item does not come back in its original packaging; items damaged on the way back because of poor packaging are not credited. Installed, altered or used products can't be returned.
Bellaterra Home LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser and first consumer owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, and replaces it with a new unit or parts at its discretion. The warranty covers the original installation only and is void if the product is moved from it. It does not cover labor, freight, installation, removal or reinstallation costs, transportation damage, surface scratches, abusive treatment, misuse, neglect, handling damage or faulty installation. Special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, Matte Black and Gold change over time, so on those finishes the warranty covers functionality only.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number, a written description and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Bellaterra Home. Bellaterra Home replaces the product with a new unit or replacement parts at its discretion; labor and freight are not covered, so keep your proof of purchase.
