Instead of doors, this 30" cabinet has one deep U-shape drawer that wraps around the plumbing and runs on smooth full extension glides, so the whole drawer comes out to you and nothing gets lost at the back. Below it, an open shelf at the bottom of the cabinet holds baskets, rolled towels or decorative pieces where they are easy to grab.

Choosing a Top and Planning the Space
This is a cabinet only: the countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash and mirror are sold separately. Bellaterra configures each Plantation cabinet to work with its own range of countertops or any standard sized top, so you can pick a stone top and sink that suit the room or reuse a top you already have. The cabinet measures 30" W x 21.5" D x 34.5" H and weighs 57 lb; the finished height rises by the thickness of the top you choose.
It is a freestanding cabinet with a toe kick at the base, so you can stand close to the counter without stubbing your feet, and no assembly is required, so installation starts with setting it in place and leveling it before the top goes on. Check that the 30" width clears the door trim and the toilet, and allow room in front of the 21.5" depth for the drawer to open. The measurement tolerance is +/- 1/2", and this cabinet is made in Vietnam.
Plantation cabinets come in 30" and 36" widths and in Brown Ash, Glacier Ash and Gray Ash (dark brown, white and light gray), and the series also includes complete vanities with Bellaterra stone tops. Installation & Care
Installation
This freestanding 30" cabinet arrives with no assembly required. Set it in place and level it, then install a countertop and sink sized for a 30" single sink vanity; the top, sink, faucet, drain and P-trap are sold separately. Check the supply and drain positions against the cabinet layout before the cabinet goes against the wall.
Care
Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Bellaterra Home ships this item from its warehouse in the Sacramento, California area by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment, an adult must be there to sign, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused, uninstalled Bellaterra Home products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a $25 repackaging fee applies if the item does not come back in its original packaging; items damaged on the way back because of poor packaging are not credited. Installed, altered or used products can't be returned.
Bellaterra Home LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser and first consumer owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, and replaces it with a new unit or parts at its discretion. The warranty covers the original installation only and is void if the product is moved from it. It does not cover labor, freight, installation, removal or reinstallation costs, transportation damage, surface scratches, abusive treatment, misuse, neglect, handling damage or faulty installation. Special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, Matte Black and Gold change over time, so on those finishes the warranty covers functionality only.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number, a written description and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Bellaterra Home. Bellaterra Home replaces the product with a new unit or replacement parts at its discretion; labor and freight are not covered, so keep your proof of purchase.
