The 400502-LY-GYR is a Bellaterra Home 37" single sink freestanding bathroom vanity from the Paris Exposed collection, in a Linen Gray finish with Wrought Iron Black hardware, a gray granite top and a white rectangular undermount ceramic sink already installed. In place of cabinet doors, the front is open: a drawer sits between two open shelves, so towels and baskets stay in view and within reach, which suits a guest bath, a main bathroom or a bathroom that wants furniture style legs and a standard counter height.
Open Shelves and a Dovetail Drawer
This vanity has two shelves and one drawer. The extra deep drawer is built with English dovetail joints and runs on a smooth full extension glide, so the whole drawer comes out to you and small items stay sorted. The open shelves hold rolled towels, baskets or spare toiletries where you can see them, and a big cutout in the back of the cabinet leaves room for the drain and supply lines, which makes plumbing installation easier.
A 1.3" Thick Top with the Sink in Place
The top is 1.3" (33mm) thick with an eased edge, and Bellaterra pre-installs the cUPC certified white ceramic sink at the factory, so the top arrives with its rectangular sink, 16.7" x 11.4" x 7", ready for plumbing. The gray granite top is genuine granite, a natural material, so the pattern and color vary and every top is slightly different. Bellaterra pre-seals and polishes its counter tops for added protection, and granite takes daily use in a bathroom well.
The top is pre-drilled with three holes for an 8" widespread faucet, and the sink has an overflow. A matching backsplash is available separately if you want to protect and finish the wall behind the counter.
Oak and Birch Veneer Construction
The cabinet is constructed with solid oak and birch veneer, wood and veneer over plywood with no MDF or particle board. Full corner blocks on all corners keep it stable and add support under the stone top. Bellaterra hand applies multiple layers of eco friendly stain and top coat to protect the Linen Gray finish against peeling, cracking and fading, and the interior finish matches the exterior, which matters on an open front where the shelves are always on show.
Size, Mounting and Fit
This freestanding vanity measures 37" W x 22" D x 36" H with the top and weighs 140 lb, a standard counter height that stands on the floor with no wall blocking needed. The cabinet arrives fully assembled; the vanity comes in 3 boxes, and the only assembly is putting the pieces together and setting the top in place.
The measurement tolerance is +/- 1/2", and the vanity is made in Vietnam. Paris Exposed is offered at 37" in Linen Gray with Wrought Iron Black hardware, as a wall mount or a freestanding vanity, with Black Galaxy granite, gray granite, White Carrara marble or white engineered stone tops. Every genuine stone top has its own variation of veining pattern and color, so each top will differ slightly from the photos.
For a bathroom that wants open, easy to reach storage, the Bellaterra Home 37" Paris Exposed freestanding bathroom vanity 400502-LY-GYR brings an oak and birch veneer cabinet in Linen Gray, a dovetail drawer, two open shelves and a 1.3" gray granite top with a white rectangular undermount ceramic sink.
Features
Two Open Shelves
The 37" cabinet has no doors: two shelves keep towels, baskets and everyday items in view and quick to grab, and give the Linen Gray vanity a lighter, open look.
Extra Deep Dovetail Drawer
The extra deep drawer is built with English dovetail joints and runs on a smooth full extension glide, so small items stay organized and the whole drawer comes out to you.
Freestanding at 36" Counter Height
The 37" W x 22" D x 36" H vanity stands on the floor at a standard counter height, so it goes in without wall blocking for a hanging cabinet.
1.3" Gray Granite Top
The genuine gray granite top is 1.3" (33mm) thick with an eased edge, pre-sealed and polished by Bellaterra, and its natural pattern makes each top unique.
Factory Installed cUPC Certified Sink
The 16.7" x 11.4" x 7" white ceramic rectangular sink is cUPC certified and installed at the factory as a white rectangular undermount ceramic sink, so there is no sink to set or seal on installation day.
Pre-Drilled Faucet Holes
The top comes drilled with three holes for an 8" widespread faucet; the faucet is sold separately, so you can choose a style and finish that suits the Linen Gray cabinet and its Wrought Iron Black hardware.
No MDF or Particle Board
Bellaterra constructs the cabinet with solid oak and birch veneer, wood and veneer over plywood, with full corner blocks on all corners for stability under the stone top.
Hand Applied Linen Gray Finish
Multiple layers of eco friendly stain and top coat are applied by hand to protect against peeling, cracking and fading, and the interior matches the exterior.
Big Plumbing Cutout
A big cutout in the back of the cabinet leaves room for the drain and supply lines, which makes plumbing installation easier in a 37" vanity.

Installation & Care
Installation
This is a freestanding 37" vanity: the cabinet arrives fully assembled; set it against the wall and level it. Place the top, then connect the faucet and the drain to the sink; the faucet, drain and P-trap are not included. The big cutout in the back of the cabinet leaves room for the supply and drain lines.
Care
Wipe spills off the stone top right away so they cannot stain it, and clean it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
