Bellaterra Home Terni 30" Vanity Cabinet, Model 400700-30-BU
The 400700-30-BU is a Bellaterra Home 30" single sink bathroom vanity cabinet from the Terni collection, in a Blue finish with brushed nickel hardware, sold as the cabinet only. Terni is Bellaterra's simple style vanity range, made to sit comfortably in a modest or a grand home, and this 30" cabinet suits a small to mid size bathroom that needs drawers as well as cabinet space. Because the top is not included, you can choose a countertop and sink for the room or reuse a top you already have.
This layout pairs two drawers with one door and one shelf, so daily items go in the drawers and taller bottles and towels go behind the door. The drawers run on full extension soft close glides, so they open all the way and close quietly, and the door close on soft close hinges. A large back opening leaves room for the drain and supply lines.
Solid Oak, Birch Veneer and Plywood
The structure of the cabinet is built with solid oak, with solid oak wood, birch veneer and plywood in its construction. The Blue finish is sealed with a multi layer waterproof top coat that protects against bathroom humidity, so the cabinet is made for a room that fills with steam every day. Brushed nickel hardware is included, which gives the Blue doors and drawer fronts a consistent metal accent without a separate hardware purchase.
The drawers are built with English dovetail construction, the traditional interlocking joint that holds a drawer box together under daily pulling. The cabinet offers ample space for bathroom storage, with low maintenance and high durability.
Choosing a Top and Planning the Space
This is a cabinet only: the countertop, sink, faucet, backsplash and mirror are sold separately. Bellaterra configures the Terni cabinet to work with a variety of its own countertops and with standard sized tops, so a 30" single sink top in stone or another material can go on it. The cabinet measures 30" W x 21.5" D x 34.5" H and weighs 78 lb; the finished height rises by the thickness of the top you choose.
It is a freestanding vanity cabinet with a toe kick recess at the base, so you can stand close to the counter without bumping your feet. The cabinet comes fully assembled with no assembly required, so installation starts with setting it in place and leveling it before the top goes on. Allow room in front of the 21.5" depth for the doors and drawers to open, and check that the 30" width clears the door trim and the toilet. The size tolerance is +/- 1/2". This cabinet is made in Vietnam.
Terni cabinets come in 24", 30", 36", 48" and 60" widths, in single and double sink layouts, and in Blue, Dark Gray and White. At the 30" width Bellaterra offers this cabinet in Blue, Dark Gray and White, so the same collection can furnish a powder room and a shared main bathroom in one home. Wood ages and mellows in color with exposure to light, so the cabinet will differ slightly from the photos over time, a characteristic of a real wood cabinet rather than a defect.
For a bathroom that needs a simple style vanity base with storage around the plumbing, the Bellaterra Home 30" Terni bathroom vanity cabinet 400700-30-BU brings a solid oak and birch veneer cabinet in Blue, brushed nickel hardware, dovetail drawer construction and the freedom to choose your own top.

Cabinet Only, Your Choice of Top

Toe Kick and Large Back Opening
A toe kick recess at the base lets you stand close to the counter, and a large opening at the back of the cabinet leaves room for the drain and supply lines, which makes installation easier.

Installation & Care
Installation
This is a freestanding 30" vanity cabinet that comes fully assembled. Set it in place and level it, then install a countertop and sink sized for a 30" single sink vanity; the top, sink, faucet and drain are sold separately. Check the supply and drain positions against the large back opening before the cabinet goes against the wall. The size tolerance is +/- 1/2".
Care
Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
