Bellaterra Home 400700-37R-WH-WMRDC Terni 37" Vanity in White, White Carrara Marble, Right Door, Center Round Sink

Bellaterra Home Terni 37" Vanity, Model 400700-37R-WH-WMRDC

This Bellaterra Home 37" single sink bathroom vanity from the Terni collection comes in a White finish with brushed nickel hardware and a White Carrara marble top with a white round semi-recessed ceramic sink already installed. Terni is Bellaterra's simple style vanity range, made to sit comfortably in a modest or a grand home, and this 37" model suits a guest or main bathroom that needs drawers and a cabinet in one mid size width.

This layout pairs two drawers with one door, so daily items go in the drawers and taller bottles and towels go behind the door. The drawers run on full extension soft close glides, so they open all the way and close quietly, and the door close on soft close hinges. A large back opening leaves room for the drain and supply lines.

Countertop, Sink and Faucet Holes

White Carrara is genuine marble, a natural stone, so the soft gray veining differs from one top to the next. Bellaterra pre-seals and polishes its Terni counter tops for added protection. Bellaterra pre-installs the cUPC certified white ceramic sink at the factory, so the top arrives with its round sink (18" x 18" x 7") ready for plumbing. The top is pre-drilled with one hole for a single hole faucet, and the sink has an overflow. The backsplash is not included.

Solid Oak, Birch Veneer and Plywood

The cabinet is constructed from solid oak wood, birch veneer and plywood. Bellaterra finishes it in White and seals it with a multi layer waterproof top coat that protects against bathroom humidity, so the finish is made for a room that fills with steam every day. Brushed nickel hardware is included with the vanity, which gives the White doors and drawer fronts a consistent metal accent without a separate hardware purchase.

The drawers are built with dovetail construction, the traditional interlocking joint that holds a drawer box together under daily pulling, and the cabinet comes fully assembled. The vanity offers ample space for bathroom storage, with low maintenance and high durability.

Size, Fit and Installation

This vanity measures 37" W x 22" D x 35.5" H and weighs 186 lb. It is a freestanding vanity with a toe kick recess at the cabinet base, so you can stand close to the counter without bumping your feet. The cabinet comes fully assembled and the top comes in a second box (2 boxes in all), so the slight assembly required is setting the top on the cabinet.

Terni comes in 20", 25", 31", 37", 49" and 61" widths, in single and double sink layouts, and in Blue, Dark Gray, Light Gray and White. At the 37" width Bellaterra offers it in Blue, Dark Gray and White with Black Galaxy granite, gray granite, White Carrara marble or white engineered stone tops, so the same collection can furnish a powder room and a shared main bathroom in one home.

Stone varies naturally in grain, color and mineral streaks, and wood ages and mellows in color with exposure to light, so every top and cabinet will differ slightly from the photos. These are characteristics of the materials rather than defects.

For a bathroom that needs a simple style vanity with a stone counter and storage around the plumbing, the Bellaterra Home 37" Terni bathroom vanity in this listing brings a solid oak and birch veneer cabinet in White, brushed nickel hardware and a White Carrara marble top with a white round semi-recessed ceramic sink already installed.

Features

Two Drawers and One Door
The 37" cabinet has two drawers on full extension soft close glides and one door, so you get both drawer organization and tall storage behind the door.

White Carrara Marble Countertop
The genuine White Carrara marble top is pre-sealed and polished by Bellaterra, and its natural gray veining makes each 37" top unique.

Factory Installed cUPC Certified Sink
The white ceramic round sink (18" x 18" x 7") is cUPC certified and pre-installed to the stone top at the factory, so there is no sink to set or seal on installation day.

Pre-Drilled Faucet Hole
The top comes drilled with one hole for a single hole faucet. The faucet is sold separately, so you can choose a style and finish that suits the White cabinet and its brushed nickel hardware.

Solid Oak, Birch Veneer and Plywood
Bellaterra constructs the 37" cabinet from solid oak wood, birch veneer and plywood, a sturdy frame for the weight of the countertop and for doors and drawers that are opened every day.

Waterproof Top Coat on the White Finish
The White finish is sealed with a multi layer waterproof top coat that protects against bathroom humidity, which matters in a room with daily showers and splashes.

Soft Close Drawers and Doors
Full extension soft close drawer glides and soft close door hinges let the two drawers open all the way to the back and close quietly, without slamming.

Toe Kick and Large Back Opening
A toe kick recess at the base lets you stand close to the counter, and a large opening at the back of the cabinet leaves room for the drain and supply lines, which makes installation easier.

Brushed Nickel Hardware Included
Bellaterra includes brushed nickel hardware with the vanity, so the White cabinet arrives complete and its pulls match other brushed nickel fixtures in the room.

Installation & Care

Installation
This is a freestanding 37" vanity. The cabinet comes fully assembled and the top comes in a second box (2 boxes in all), so the slight assembly required is setting the top on the cabinet. Set the cabinet against the wall and level it, then connect the faucet and the drain to the sink; the faucet is not included. Check the supply and drain positions against the large back opening before the cabinet goes against the wall. The size tolerance is +/- 1/2".

Care
Wipe spills off the stone top right away so they cannot stain it, and clean it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
