Bellaterra Home Kolb 25" Vanity, Model 408800-25-LG-WMRD
The 408800-25-LG-WMRD is a Bellaterra Home 25" single sink freestanding bathroom vanity from the Kolb collection in a Light Gray finish with a White Carrara marble top with a white round semi-recessed ceramic sink already installed. Kolb is a simple style bathroom vanity series, and this 25" model suits a powder room, a guest bath or a small bathroom where floor space is limited but a full cabinet of storage is still wanted below the sink.
Behind two flat paneled doors, Bellaterra fits the cabinet out for organization: an interior drawer, a wooden box, a hairdryer holder and an adjustable shelf. The drawer is built with English dovetail joints and runs on full extension glides, so it opens all the way to the back, and the doors close on soft close hinges, so they shut quietly instead of slamming. Bottles, towels and a hairdryer all have a place out of sight inside the cabinet storage.
White Carrara Marble Top with the Sink Already Installed
White Carrara is genuine marble, a natural stone, so the soft gray veining differs from one top to the next. Bellaterra pre-seals and polishes the counter top for added protection. The cUPC certified white ceramic round semi-recessed sink (18" x 18" x 7") is factory pre-installed to the stone top and has an overflow, so there is no sink to set or seal on installation day.
The top is pre-drilled with one hole for a single hole faucet. The faucet and the backsplash are not included, so you can choose a faucet style for the Light Gray cabinet and finish the wall behind the counter the way the room calls for.
Solid Oak, Birch Veneer and a Waterproof Top Coat
The cabinet structure is solid oak, and its construction combines solid oak wood, birch veneer and plywood. A multi layer waterproof top coat protects the cabinet against bathroom humidity, which matters in a room that fills with steam from the shower every day.
Size, Fit and Installation
This freestanding vanity measures 25" W x 22" D x 35.5" H and weighs 108 lb. It stands on the floor with an open toe kick area at the cabinet base. The cabinet comes fully assembled and the top comes in its own box (2 boxes in all), so the only assembly is setting the top on the cabinet. A large back opening makes room for the drain and supply lines when the vanity goes against the wall.
Kolb is offered in Light Gray and White, with Black Galaxy granite, gray granite, White Carrara marble and white engineered stone tops and oval, rectangular or round sinks, so the same cabinet can be matched to a light or dark counter and the sink shape you prefer. A Kolb cabinet only listing is also offered for anyone who wants to pair the cabinet with a top of their own.
For a bathroom that needs a 25" vanity with organized closed storage, a stone top and the sink already in place, the Bellaterra Home Kolb 408800-25-LG-WMRD brings a Light Gray solid oak cabinet, soft close doors, a dovetail interior drawer and a White Carrara marble top with a white round semi-recessed ceramic sink already installed.
Features
25" Freestanding Vanity with Toe Kick
The cabinet stands on the floor at 35.5" high overall with an open toe kick area at the base, and at 25" W x 22" D x 35.5" H it suits a small bathroom where a wider vanity will not fit.
White Carrara Marble Countertop
The genuine White Carrara marble top is pre-sealed and polished by Bellaterra for added protection, and as a natural stone each top has its own pattern.
Factory Installed cUPC Certified Sink
The white ceramic round semi-recessed sink (18" x 18" x 7") is cUPC certified, has an overflow and is factory pre-installed to the stone top, so there is no sink to set or seal on installation day.
Pre-Drilled Faucet Hole
The top comes drilled with one hole for a single hole faucet. The faucet is sold separately, so you can choose a style and finish that suits the Light Gray cabinet.
Organized Interior Storage
Inside the two doors, Bellaterra fits an interior drawer, a wooden box, a hairdryer holder and an adjustable shelf, so daily items and a hairdryer each have their own place.
Dovetail Drawer on Full Extension Glides
The interior drawer is built with English dovetail joints and runs on smooth full extension glides, so it opens all the way to the back and holds up to daily use.
Soft Close Door Hinges
Both doors close on soft close hinges, so the 25" cabinet shuts quietly without slamming in a busy family bathroom.
Solid Oak with a Waterproof Top Coat
Solid oak wood, birch veneer and plywood construction is finished with a multi layer waterproof top coat that protects against bathroom humidity.

Installation & Care
Installation
This freestanding vanity stands on the floor; set it in place and level it before the top goes on. The cabinet comes fully assembled; set the stone top on it, then connect the faucet and the drain to the sink. The faucet and backsplash are not included. The large back opening leaves room for the supply and drain lines. The size tolerance is +/- 1/2".
Care
Wipe spills off the stone top right away so they cannot stain it, and clean it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
