Bellaterra Home Manchester 30" Vanity, Model 500604-30
The 500604-30 is a Bellaterra Home 30" single sink freestanding bathroom vanity from the Manchester collection in a Gray Oak finish with Brushed Nickel edge pulls and a white solid surface resin integrated sink top. This flat pack vanity is built from melamine coated plywood and made for a small bathroom, a guest bath or a rental where a 30" cabinet with a one piece countertop and sink keeps the room simple to set up and simple to clean.
Bellaterra sets a textured Gray Oak finish against Brushed Nickel edge pulls on shaker style doors for a modern look, and metal corner legs raise the cabinet off the floor.
One Piece Solid Surface Resin Countertop and Sink
The countertop and the rectangular sink are one seamless piece of white solid surface resin, made from sheet molding compound. With no seam between the counter and the bowl there is no joint for grime to collect in, so a wipe with a cloth cleans the whole top. The sheet molding compound sink resists extreme temperatures and corrosion. The sink measures 19" x 12" x 6", has an overflow and is drilled for a single hole faucet; the faucet and drain are not included.
Melamine Coated Plywood Cabinet
The cabinet is made with scratch and moisture resistant melamine coated plywood, so the Gray Oak cabinet is made for a room where water splashes and steam are part of every day. The shaker style doors close on soft close hinges, so they shut quietly instead of slamming.
Behind the doors is generous storage space with an adjustable shelf, so you can set the shelf height around tall bottles, cleaning supplies or stacked towels and around the plumbing below the sink. Metal corner legs lift the cabinet off the floor, which adds stability and makes cleaning easier.
Flat Pack Delivery and Plumbing
Manchester is a flat pack vanity: it arrives in 1 box with clear step by step instructions, and you put the cabinet together before it goes into place. Plumbing installation is simpler thanks to a large cutout in the shelf and an open back, which leave room for the drain pipe and supply lines.
This vanity measures 29.53" W x 18.11" D x 33.46" H and weighs 59 lb. Manchester is offered in 24", 30", 36" and 48" widths and in Brown Walnut, Gray Oak and Neutral finishes, so the same look can be used in a powder room and a larger bathroom in the same home.
For a bathroom that needs a 30" vanity with a seamless solid surface sink top, soft close doors and adjustable storage, the Bellaterra Home Manchester 500604-30 brings a Gray Oak melamine coated plywood cabinet with Brushed Nickel edge pulls in a flat pack you assemble at home.
Features
30" Vanity in Gray Oak
At 29.53" W x 18.11" D x 33.46" H, the Gray Oak cabinet with Brushed Nickel edge pulls fits a 30" space and stands on the floor, which suits a small bathroom or powder room.
Seamless Integrated Sink Top
The countertop and the 19" x 12" x 6" rectangular sink are one piece of white solid surface resin, so there is no seam to clean around and spills wipe straight off the counter.
Sheet Molding Compound Sink
Bellaterra makes the sink from sheet molding compound and says it is resistant to extreme temperatures and corrosion, and the sink has an overflow to help guard against spills.
Single Hole Faucet Ready
The top is drilled for one single hole faucet. The faucet and drain are sold separately, so you can choose a style that suits the Gray Oak cabinet and its Brushed Nickel pulls.
Scratch and Moisture Resistant Cabinet
Melamine coated plywood is the cabinet material, and it is scratch and moisture resistant, which matters in a bathroom where water and steam reach the cabinet every day.
Soft Close Shaker Style Doors
The shaker style doors close on soft close hinges, so the 30" cabinet shuts quietly without slamming in a busy household bathroom.
Adjustable Shelf
An adjustable shelf sits behind the doors, so you can set its height around tall bottles and the plumbing and keep the essentials organized.
Flat Pack with a Large Plumbing Cutout
The vanity arrives flat packed in 1 box with step by step instructions, and a large shelf cutout with an open back makes room for the drain pipe and supply lines.

Installation & Care
Installation
This freestanding vanity arrives flat packed; assemble the cabinet with the step by step instructions, set it in place and level it, then set the integrated top and connect a single hole faucet and a drain, both sold separately. The large shelf cutout and open back leave room for the drain pipe and supply lines. The size tolerance is +/- 1/2".
Care
Clean the solid surface resin top and sink with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry them afterwards. Wipe the cabinet with a soft, damp cloth and dry it, and wipe up standing water so it does not sit on the cabinet.
