The 804353V-EP-GY is a Bellaterra Home 31.5" single sink bathroom vanity with a gray composite granite top and integrated quadrilateral sink, set on a light gray cabinet. It is made for a guest bath, a hall bathroom or a rental unit that needs a clean, easy care vanity, where a compact footprint, closed storage and a counter that wipes clean in one pass matter most.
One Piece Top and Sink
The countertop and basin are one piece of gray composite granite, an engineered blend of crushed quartz, calcium powder, stone dust and acrylic resins, with a non-porous surface that resists stains and heat. The quadrilateral basin measures 21.85" x 19.7" x 5" and comes with a decorative matching drain cover, and the integrated top rests above the main cabinet.
The top has one pre-drilled faucet hole for a single hole faucet, which keeps the narrow counter uncluttered; the faucet and mirror are not included.
Storage Below the Sink
The cabinet holds one drawer above a shelf. The drawer takes the daily items, toothbrushes, razors and makeup, and the shelf below holds folded towels or a basket within reach.
Cabinet Build and Finish
It has a clean line, transitional design in light gray with brushed nickel hardware. Melamine is scratch resistant, does not stain easily and is easy to clean, and Bellaterra adds a furniture grade, semi closing waterproof finish to protect against bathroom humidity.
Bellaterra builds the cabinet from melamine coated engineered wood and leaves a big cutout in the back for the supply and drain lines, which makes the plumbing easier to reach. The drawer uses soft closing drawer technology, so it closes quietly.
Size, Fit and Installation
The vanity measures 31.5" W x 19.7" D x 36" H and weighs 98 lb. It is freestanding, so it stands on the floor against the wall, and slight assembly is required: the integrated top is set onto the cabinet before the faucet and drain are connected.
In daily use, the one piece top is the part you notice most. Toothpaste, soap and splashes wipe off the gray composite granite surface and straight into the basin with one cloth, with no rim or caulk line between bowl and counter. That makes this 31.5" vanity a practical choice for a rental, a kids bath or a guest room that is cleaned between visits.
The light gray finish and brushed nickel hardware sit easily with a wide range of tile, from white subway tile to darker stone looks. Pair the vanity with a single hole faucet in a finish you like and a mirror sized to the 31.5" width, both chosen separately, to complete the wall.
For a small bathroom that needs storage and an easy care counter, the Bellaterra Home 31.5" vanity 804353V-EP-GY brings a gray composite granite top with integrated sink and a light gray cabinet with brushed nickel hardware in a clean, modern outline.

Installation & Care
Installation
This is a freestanding 31.5" vanity. Set the cabinet against the wall, level it and place the integrated top on the cabinet, then connect a single hole faucet to the pre-drilled hole and the drain to the sink.
Care
Wipe spills off the stone top right away so they cannot stain it, and clean it with a damp, non-abrasive cloth. Wipe the cabinet dry with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, skip silicone-based polish cleaners because they can damage the stain finish, and keep the room at an even temperature with good humidity, since dry air is hard on wood and strong light changes its color over time.
