The 808175-M-RG-26 is a Bellaterra Home 26" rectangular wood framed bathroom mirror in a dark gray finish, measuring 26" wide, 30" high and 1" deep. The frame is melamine coated MDF, a highly scratch resistant surface. It gives the wall above a vanity a finished focal point and a clear, full view of the face for everyday grooming.
Frame and Finish
The melamine coating gives the frame a smooth, even surface that is easy to wipe down. Gray is a quiet neutral that sits well beside white or stone countertops and works with both warm and cool wall colors.
The mirror glass resists rusting in bathroom humidity, which suits a room that sees steam from the shower every day. The reflection is also distortion free.
Sizing and Placement
When pairing a mirror with a vanity, a common approach is to choose one a little narrower than the vanity so it sits within the line of the countertop, and to hang it so its center is close to eye level for the people who use the sink most. At 26" wide, this mirror can be centered over a vanity of about that width or wider.
Its portrait proportions, taller than wide, suit a single sink vanity and a narrow stretch of wall, and they draw the eye upward in a small bathroom. A rectangular mirror lines up with the straight edges of the vanity, the countertop and the tile around it, which keeps the wall looking orderly and lets the finish do the decorating.
Light matters as much as the mirror. Fixtures on both sides of the glass, or one above it, reduce shadows on the face, and the mirror doubles the effect by reflecting that light back into the room.
A mirror is often the largest single surface on a bathroom wall, so it sets the tone for the room. Tie it to one other element, such as the vanity, the faucet or the light fixture, and the room reads as planned rather than assembled piece by piece.
Hanging the Mirror
It can be hung vertically or horizontally, so the same mirror works as a tall portrait mirror or a wider landscape one. No assembly is required. Mounting hardware is included. The mirror weighs 19 lb, so fix it to a stud or to wall anchors rated for that weight.
Beyond the bathroom, a mirror like this also works in an entry, a hallway or a bedroom, where it bounces daylight or lamp light around the room and makes a small space feel more open. For a bathroom that needs a dark gray framed mirror about 26" wide, the Bellaterra Home 808175-M-RG-26 pairs a scratch resistant melamine frame with a clean dark gray finish.

26" Wide, Portrait Proportions
At 26" W x 30" H and only 1" deep, the 808175-M-RG-26 centers over a vanity of about 26" or wider without crowding the wall.
Vertical or Horizontal Hanging

Mounting Hardware Included
Bellaterra includes the mounting hardware with the mirror, so you only need a drill, a level and wall anchors suited to your wall.

Installation & Care
Installation
Decide the height and mark the center line of the vanity on the wall before drilling. The mirror measures 26" W x 1" D x 30" H and weighs 19 lb; fix it with the mounting hardware included into a stud or into wall anchors rated for that weight, check that it hangs level and keep it out of direct shower spray.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft cloth and glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth, not onto the mirror, so liquid does not run behind the glass or into the frame. Dust the frame with a soft, dry cloth, wipe up splashes promptly and keep abrasive pads and harsh chemicals off the finish.
