Bellaterra's Lightweight Concrete Mix
Bellaterra designs its concrete products around a light weight proprietary concrete mix made exclusively of all-natural materials. Bellaterra stresses that this is not a standard Portland concrete mix: it uses fewer fillers than traditional mixes, which lets Bellaterra cast smaller pieces with a smooth finish and results in strong, light weight sinks.
The surface is sealed with an industrial non-toxic grade sealer that improves protection against scratches and stains and provides long lasting waterproofness. The top is highly resistant to UV rays, extreme temperatures, stains and impact, so it is suited to everyday use in a busy home or a commercial washroom.
The extra-large rectangular sink measures 27.56" x 14" x 5", a wide basin for washing hands and face, with ample counter space around it for daily toiletries. Note that the sink has no overflow: choose a drain made for a sink without an overflow opening, and do not leave the tap running with the stopper closed.
Each piece is handcrafted, so its coloration and finish will not be identical to the pictures. This series comes in black, dark gray and slate white, and the smooth black surface wipes clean with a cloth or with soap and water.

Installation & Care
Installation
Set the CT4922R-BL on a level, dry cabinet with a helper, since the top weighs 80 lb. Check the cabinet against the top's 49" W x 22" D x 1" H footprint, apply a bead of silicone along the cabinet's top edges and lower the top straight down. Fit the widespread faucet in the three pre-drilled holes and connect a drain suited to a sink without an overflow, then the supply lines.
Care
The smooth surface allows easy clean up: just wipe it down or clean it with soap and water, and dry it afterwards. Keep abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals off the sealed surface, since they can scratch, damage or dull it.
Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Bellaterra Home ships this item from its warehouse in the Sacramento, California area by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment, an adult must be there to sign, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused, uninstalled Bellaterra Home products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a $25 repackaging fee applies if the item does not come back in its original packaging; items damaged on the way back because of poor packaging are not credited. Installed, altered or used products can't be returned.
Bellaterra Home LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser and first consumer owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, and replaces it with a new unit or parts at its discretion. The warranty covers the original installation only and is void if the product is moved from it. It does not cover labor, freight, installation, removal or reinstallation costs, transportation damage, surface scratches, abusive treatment, misuse, neglect, handling damage or faulty installation. Special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, Matte Black and Gold change over time, so on those finishes the warranty covers functionality only.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number, a written description and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Bellaterra Home. Bellaterra Home replaces the product with a new unit or replacement parts at its discretion; labor and freight are not covered, so keep your proof of purchase.
