Installation & Care
Installation
Dry-fit the SIDESPLASH-CTWH-17 on the vanity top against the wall before you open the caulk and check that the length suits the side edge of the top. Clean and dry the top, the wall and the back of the sidesplash, run a bead of silicone caulking along the side edge, press the sidesplash into place and run a thin bead along the joints. Let the silicone cure as its maker directs before the sink is used.
Care
Wipe the sidesplash with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry it, and wipe spills off promptly so they do not dry on the sealed surface. Keep abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals away from the piece, because they can scratch, damage or dull the surface and finish.

Bellaterra Home ships this item from its warehouse in the Sacramento, California area by parcel carrier. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused, uninstalled Bellaterra Home products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a $25 repackaging fee applies if the item does not come back in its original packaging; items damaged on the way back because of poor packaging are not credited. Installed, altered or used products can't be returned.
Bellaterra Home LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser and first consumer owner against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase, and replaces it with a new unit or parts at its discretion. The warranty covers the original installation only and is void if the product is moved from it. It does not cover labor, freight, installation, removal or reinstallation costs, transportation damage, surface scratches, abusive treatment, misuse, neglect, handling damage or faulty installation. Special or living finishes such as Oil Rubbed Bronze, Dark or Old Bronze, Matte Black and Gold change over time, so on those finishes the warranty covers functionality only.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number, a written description and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Bellaterra Home. Bellaterra Home replaces the product with a new unit or replacement parts at its discretion; labor and freight are not covered, so keep your proof of purchase.
