CoolGuard drain line carries condensate away from a ductless mini-split air handler. The clear vinyl version fits the 3/8" drain connection on the head, handles drain water from 50°F to 140°F, and lets you spot a clog during routine checks. The corrugated version is a single-wall polyethylene line in oyster white that stretches and compresses to follow the route you need.
Use it to replace a cracked or short factory drain, or to extend a run to a better outlet. That is CoolGuard mini-split drain line.

Installation
Homeowner-installable. This accessory is part of MRCOOL's DIY range and is installed following the instructions in MRCOOL's manual, including any wrench, torque or leak-check steps it lists. Check local electrical and building codes for any wiring or wall penetrations.
Push the line onto the air handler's drain outlet and secure it, then keep a steady downward slope all the way to the outlet with no sags or upward loops. Where the line cannot fall continuously, add a condensate pump.

About MRCOOL
MRCOOL designs heating, cooling and water-heating equipment from its home base in Hickory, Kentucky. The range runs from DIY ductless mini-splits, built around MRCOOL's patented pre-charged Quick Connect line sets, through contractor-installed mini-splits, central split systems, packaged units and gas furnaces, to HeatWise water heaters and CoolBlade HVLS fans for warehouses and shops.
CoolGuard is a condensate management line that MRCOOL distributes for ductless and ducted equipment. It covers the parts that carry water away from an air handler and the safety switches that stop the system before a blocked drain can overflow: condensate pumps, float switches, a condensate trap kit with its own overflow switch, and drain line sized for mini-split heads. For outdoor condenser supports, see the CoolGuard equipment pad and Weldbracket.
