With the 5' Cuff zipped between them, two ECU4 units become one long enclosure: the cuff spans the 5' gap, its four support trusses hold it square, and a negative air machine at one end can draw the whole space down.
That gives room for a protected staging area between the corridor and the work zone, or a place to change into protective clothing before stepping into the inner unit.
Each ECU4 is deployed and raised to the ceiling first. With the units 5' apart and their wide cargo doors facing, unzip and store those two doors so the cuff can take their place.
Doing the units first means each frame is already locked and sealed at the ceiling, and the cuff only has to bridge the gap between two standing frames.
Add the Corridor Flange and the 5' Cuff becomes the middle section of an airlock across a corridor, with HEPA-filtered negative air machines holding negative pressure and the facing doors opened one at a time.
Plan the layout around the corridor width and fire doors, and confirm it with your facility's infection control team and the authority having jurisdiction before the job starts.

No. The kit is the cuff envelope, four support trusses, eight corner post locks and a storage bag. It joins two ECU4 units you already have.
5' apart, with their wide cargo doors facing each other. Those two doors are unzipped and stored, and the cuff zips in their place.
For a negative pressure airlock, yes. HEPACART's layout uses HEPA-filtered negative air machines connected to the ECU4 units; they are sold separately.
The All-in ECU4 bundle includes the 5' Cuff, the Corridor Flange and one ECU4. A second ECU4 is needed to complete the airlock.
