The ANZZI EF-AZ107WH is a Midnight Series 100 CFM ceiling mount bathroom exhaust fanwith a white grille, rated 2.0 sones and sized for rooms up to 95 sq. ft. Trapped humidity causes wear and tear on paint, drywall and fixtures, and the fan removes excess moisture, odors and pollutants.

Humidity left trapped after a shower or bath wears on paint, drywall and fixtures. At 100 CFM, the fan cycles that moist air out quickly, and it is rated for medium-size bathrooms of up to 95 sq. ft. It is rated at 2.0 sones for super quiet operation.
The fan runs on its own wall switch, separate from the light. Its compact 7-1/2" x 7-1/4" housing fits joists from 7.7" apart, a good match when replacing an older, smaller fan.
The LED panel light has a toggle on its side to switch between three color temperatures, warm white (3000 K), bright white (4000 K) and daylight (5000 K). A built-in night light gives a soft glow for late-night trips: with the light on, switch it off and back on within 10 seconds to change to night light.
Built to Last in a Wet Room
The housing is sturdy galvanized steel, tough and rust resistant, and the 27 W AC capacitor motor is thermally protected and permanently lubricated for a long life with no oiling. ANZZI lists the fan as ETL-cETL, HVI, CEC certified.
Fit, Ducting and Installation
The housing measures 7-1/2" L x 7-1/4" W x 5-5/8" H, with a 13" diameter grille, and it fits 7.7" to 24" between joists, or mounts to I-joists, standard joists and truss construction. It connects to 4" round ductwork with a damper. As a replacement, the ceiling opening may need enlarging to 7.25" by 7.63".
Safety and Installation Rules
Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified persons to all applicable codes and standards, including fire-rated construction, and the unit must be grounded. Install it at least 7 ft above the floor in the USA (8.2 ft in Canada), in a ceiling up to a 12/12 pitch with the duct connector pointing up, never in a wall. Over a tub or shower it must be marked as suitable for that use and connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit, and no switch may be reachable from the tub or shower. Ducted fans must vent outdoors, the fan must not be used with a solid-state speed control, and it is not for use in a cooking area or for hazardous or explosive vapors.

Installation & Care
Installation
Ceiling mounted between joists spaced 7.7" to 24", or to I-joists, joists or trusses, with the housing flange flush to the joist. In the USA install it at least 7 ft above the floor (8.2 ft in Canada), on a GFCI protected branch circuit. Run 120V AC house wiring to the fan and connect it with UL-approved wire nuts (not provided) as the wiring diagram shows, with separate fan and light switches. Connect 4" round ductwork (not provided) to the duct connector, check that the damper flips freely, tape every joint airtight, keep the run short with few bends, and end at a roof or wall cap with a built-in damper.
Care
Before servicing or cleaning unit, switch power off at service panel and lock the switch to prevent power from being switched on accidentally. When the switch cannot be locked, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. Remove the grille by pinching its springs and wash it in warm, soapy water, then dry it before refitting. Remove dust from the fan body with a vacuum cleaner. Do not use abrasive cloths, and never use solvents, thinner or harsh chemicals on the fan.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this exhaust fan to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
