This is EMist's 14.4V lithium-ion battery pack, the pack that powers both the EPIX360 handheld sprayer and the EX7000 backpack sprayer. A three-bar gauge on the end reports its state of charge at the press of a button, and a release button frees it from the grip or the power pack.
Add one as a spare so work continues while a drained pack spends about 45 minutes on the charger. EMist labels this item Ver1.

About EMist
EMist, based in Fort Worth, Texas, makes cordless electrostatic sprayers that apply water-soluble disinfectants and cleaning solutions as an electrostatically charged mist. The line has two machines, the EPIX360 handheld and the EX7000 backpack system, which share the same battery, charger, spray nozzle and core spray components.
This battery is shared by the EPIX360 handheld and the EX7000 backpack sprayer, so one spare covers a mixed fleet. It charges on the EMist 14.4V lithium-ion charger, sold here separately along with the spray nozzle that also fits both machines.
