The EPIX360 pushes solution through its nozzle at 75 psi and puts a charge on each 76-micron droplet as it forms. Because like charges push apart, the droplets stay separate and are pulled toward neutral or negatively charged surfaces, so they curl onto chair legs, door handles and the backs of fixtures.
For a cleaning crew that means treating a room from a few positions instead of wiping every face by hand, with a light, even coat rather than pooled liquid. Always follow the chemical label for dwell time before people return.
Inside the compact housing, a micro pump draws solution from the collapsing tank liner, a stainless steel charging ring charges it at the nozzle, and a fan carries the mist out at 1,742 fpm. The whole system runs from one 14.4V lithium-ion battery that slides into the base of the grip.
With the working parts housed inside the body, the unit wipes down easily and packs into its case. Flush it with clean water every day so residue never builds up in the pump or the lines.
With no hose, power cord or ground strap, one operator carries the EPIX360 through meeting rooms, classrooms and vehicle cabins, holding it 24"-36" from each surface and moving in a steady S pattern. A single 8 oz fill treats up to 4,000ft² of high-touch surfaces.
Swap in the second battery while the first recharges and a shift keeps moving. Clear or cover food first, and clean visibly soiled surfaces beforehand: the sprayer applies solution, it does not scrub.

Water-soluble, non-flammable liquids only, such as ready-to-use or diluted disinfectants and cleaning solutions. EMist's manual forbids flammable chemicals (flash point below 60°C) and recommends products on the EPA's List N whose labels allow electrostatic application. Follow the chemical label for dilution, protective equipment and contact time.
EMist rates an 8 oz fill at up to 4,000ft² of high-touch surfaces. The optional 13 oz tank raises that to about 6,500ft² per fill.
EMist rates one charge at about 20 fills of the 8 oz tank. Each 14.4V lithium-ion pack recharges in roughly 45 minutes, and the bundle includes two packs so one can charge while the other works.
Aim from 24"-36" away and keep moving in an overlapping S pattern. If the tip starts to drip or surfaces show runs, you are moving too slowly and over-applying.
Run at least 4 oz of clean water through it for 1-2 minutes at the end of every day and whenever you change chemicals, and never leave solution in the tank for more than 24 hours. Remove the battery and tank for storage and keep the unit where it cannot freeze.
Yes. EMist warns that anyone with a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator should not operate an electrostatic sprayer, and the unit is meant for trained operators who have read the manual.
