Installation
Freestanding, reversible 2" drain; overall 59.1" L x 31.5" W x 30.7" H, 105.80 lbs empty. The rim is tall, so Empava suggests standing on a stable chair to get in and out. Unpack it onto cardboard or carpet so the acrylic does not scratch, adjust the feet until the tub sits level (Empava's manual notes that only a level tub drains properly to the waste outlet), connect the drain to your waste outlet, then fill it and check that all the water runs away. Finish with a thick bead of silicone around the base and let it set for 24 hours. Empava's manual calls for the waste connection to be made by a qualified person, and Empava's spec tab lists a 120V, 15 amp supply for the air massage.
Care
Rinse the tub after each bath so dirt and soapsuds do not build up on the walls. Clean with a soft cloth and a neutral detergent or soapy water; keep sharp or hard tools, open flames, cigarettes and solvents such as acetone or paint remover away from the acrylic, which they can soften or crack. Light scratches polish out with car or metal polish on a soft cloth; deeper ones can be wet-sanded with 1000 grit paper and then polished. Empava advises adult supervision for children and caution for anyone with high blood pressure or a heart condition: get out if you feel unwell.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and freight transit usually takes 7 to 10 business days; some models are built to order, and we confirm the ship date by email. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Empava products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a tub means freight, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
Empava's product page gives regular buyers of this bathtub a 3-year warranty. Empava's warranty policy covers the original purchaser, for everyday home use in the continental US, and Empava supplies replacement parts for covered parts free of charge. The policy does not cover commercial use, improper installation, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, misuse, finish wear from corrosive or abrasive cleaners, consumable parts such as light bulbs and filters, freight damage not recorded at delivery, or the cost of removing, servicing or installing the product.
