It is compact: 5.5" overall with a 4.8" roll area and a 3.5" x 1.8" mounting plate. The end stop keeps the roll from sliding off as you pull, and the holder can be mounted horizontally or, on tiled walls, vertically.
The adhesive is made for smooth, sealed surfaces: tile, marble, metal, glass, laminate and varnished finishes. It is not suited to painted walls, textured wallpaper, brick or plaster. Empava warns that the adhesive damages painted surfaces. It is made from rustproof SUS 304 stainless steel in a brushed nickel finish, per Empava's page description.
Where It Mounts
The mounting plate is 3.5" W x 1.8" H. It bonds to tile, marble, metal, glass, laminate, varnished surfaces, but not to painted walls, textured wallpaper, brick, plaster.
Installing it takes a few minutes: clean and dry the spot, peel off the protective film, press the holder firmly in place for a few minutes, then let the adhesive bond for 24 hours before hanging a roll. Nothing is drilled into the wall. Empava's surface-compatibility guide warns that on some surfaces the adhesive may not hold well and may peel paint.

Empava ships this item from its warehouse in City of Industry, California, by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Empava products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a tub means freight, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
Empava's product page shows a 2 Year Warranty badge for this toilet paper holder and gives no other warranty terms. Empava's warranty policy covers the original purchaser, for everyday home use in the continental US, and Empava supplies replacement parts for covered parts free of charge. The policy does not cover commercial use, improper installation, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, misuse, finish wear from corrosive or abrasive cleaners, consumable parts such as light bulbs and filters, freight damage not recorded at delivery, or the cost of removing, servicing or installing the product.
