What the Installation Involves
The floor is cleaned and leveled, the tub is set in its exact position and its outline traced, the drain pipe location is measured from under the unit, and the tub is set down so its drain slips into the drainage pipe. It is leveled on its adjustable feet, since ANZZI warns that an unlevel tub will leak. Delivery is curbside: the carrier unloads it from the truck only.
No faucet is included. For a slipper soaker with a 71" shell, the ANZZI FT-AZ090 Talyah gives 52.31 gallons, an 18" soaking depth and a pre-plumbed center drain in glossy white.

Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding: the tub sits on the finished floor on adjustable leveling feet. It must be installed by a licensed or certified contractor, with a licensed plumber for the drain. Before final placement, water test it: set it where it can be drained, fill it about halfway with the included flexible test drain fitted, let it stand 30 minutes and check every seal. Then level it on its feet (every foot must touch the floor; ANZZI warns that an unlevel tub will leak), slip the tub's center drain into the floor drain pipe, which you locate by measuring the drain position under the tub, run a bead of silicone around the base and allow 24 hours before use. Confirm the floor can carry the weight of a filled tub. The flexible drain is for testing only. The installer provides the permanent drain assembly. Delivered curbside by freight.
Care
Clean the acrylic with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Test any stronger cleaner on a hidden spot first and never let a cleaner soak; use only a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this bathtub to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
