The ANZZI FT-AZ102 is the Lori Series 71" x 36" acrylic freestanding air and whirlpool bathtub in white, with a center drain. Lori is ANZZI's long oval massage tub: 18 Acu-Stream air jets and 12 hydro-massage water jets, a 1 HP pump and a 1 HP air blower, a maintenance heater and an aromatherapy system, in a 71.25" shell with a 66" long basin for full-length immersion.
A Long Basin for Full-Body Massage
Lori's 66" L x 25.25" W basin is what sets it apart from shorter jetted tubs: there is room to lie back with legs extended while the jets work. The 12 hydro-massage water jets, driven by a 1 HP pump, give a firm massage with adjustable whirlpool pressure, and the 18 Acu-Stream air jets, fed by a 1 HP blower, release streams of bubbles for a gentler, invigorating effect across the whole body.
Raised push buttons put both systems at your fingertips, so you can run water jets, air jets or both. The integrated aromatherapy system fills the tub with fragrance through the bubbles; just add your favorite scent, sold separately.
Heat That Lasts the Whole Soak
A built-in maintenance heater keeps the water at a consistent, warm temperature, extending your soak without refilling with hot water. With an average 53 gallon capacity, Lori gives deep, full-body immersion without an oversized fill.
Fiberglass-Reinforced Acrylic, IAPMO Listed
The shell is marine-grade acrylic with fiberglass reinforcement, with a smooth, high-gloss nonporous surface that is easy to clean and resists stains and fading, in glossy ultra white with polished chrome trim. A subtle inset along the middle of each side adds a refined modern line that suits both contemporary and classic bathrooms. Lori is IAPMO listed, and a chrome pop-up drain assembly is included, with a center drain and the pump on the left side. The faucet is sold separately so you can choose your own.
Plan the Power Before the Tub Arrives
A jetted tub needs its own wiring. ANZZI's manual calls for a dedicated 110V, 20A GFCI breaker for the tub and, because Lori carries a heater, an additional dedicated 15A breaker, with the connections made by a licensed electrician and plumber. Have those circuits run and the pump side kept accessible before the tub is set, and the installation goes smoothly.

Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding jetted tub. Overall 71.25" L x 35.5" W x 23.25" H. The tub is factory wired for 110V and needs a dedicated 20A GFCI breaker that supplies nothing else; because it carries a heater, the manual calls for an additional dedicated 15A breaker. Connections should be made by a licensed plumber and electrician, and the pump must stay reachable for service. Test the jets and plumbing before the installation is finished, and only run the pump with the water 2" over the jets. Level the tub on a floor that can carry it full, connect the drain to the floor waste line and seal the joint, and keep the pump side accessible.
Care
Clean the acrylic with mild soap or a mild detergent and a damp, non-abrasive cloth; the manual warns that abrasives dull or scratch acrylic and that oil based solvents must not be used. Per ANZZI's care guide, test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area, rinse completely with water right after applying it and do not let it soak. Flush the jet system at least every 90 days by filling the tub, running the pump with a mild sanitizing solution and draining, and do not use bubble bath while the jets are running.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this bathtub to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
