It comes pre-plumbed, with a built-in chrome overflow and a push-operated center drain fitted, so a deep fill drains off safely below the rim and the drain opens with a press.

Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding, center drain. Nominal 74" x 34". The tub weighs 275 lbs empty and holds 74 gallons, so confirm the floor structure can carry the full tub and a bather, and plan a crew for the carry-in. Rough in the supply for a floor-mounted or wall-mounted filler, and the floor drain under the center of the tub, before setting it. Fill the tub and check the drain and overflow for leaks before sealing the base, then seal it to the floor with silicone.
Care
Clean the ANZZI Stone with regular soap and hot water on a non-abrasive cloth or sponge after use, so soap and hard-water deposits do not build up on the matte surface. Test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area before using it on the whole tub, rinse completely with water immediately after applying it, rinse and dry any overspray on nearby surfaces, and do not let the cleaner soak. Skip scouring pads and powders, which can mark the finish.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier contacts you to schedule the delivery, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this bathtub to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
