HEPACART Clean Mat Tacky Walk-Off Mats for Cart Mat Trays

Walk-off at the door

HEPACART Clean Mats are tacky walk-off mats for the doorway of a mobile containment cart. Each mat measures 18" x 36" and fits the Clean Mat storage tray built into the base of every HEPACART and DUSTBUGGY, just below the end door. At set-up the mat slides out of the tray onto the floor, and workers step on it as they leave the cart.

Choosing the pack

Choose Clean Mat for a pack of 60 sheets with its cardboard frame, or Refill mats only for 60 sheets without the frame when you already have one. When the top sheet is loaded with dust, peel it off to expose the next clean layer.

Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.

The HEPACART Clean Mat is a consumable, so HEPACART lists no warranty term for it. Contact us within 10 days of delivery if one arrives damaged or does not fit the unit it is listed for.

HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.

Clean Mats are the repeat-order consumable for HEPACART and DUSTBUGGY carts, sized to the storage tray every cart carries under its door. They sit in the cart accessory range alongside the replacement HEPA filter, the dust covers and the Multiple Tile Adapter.
