HEPACART Export Adaptor for DUSTBUGGY Carts

What it does

The HEPACART Export Adaptor (EA) is the adapter a DUSTBUGGY mobile containment cart needs to work with an external negative air machine. The DUSTBUGGY is built like a HEPACART but without an integrated negative air machine; the Export Adaptor fits the end of the cart and gives it a connection for flex duct running to a separate machine.

Using it onsite

HEPACART lists the HEPAFORCE AIR 1100 negative air machine, adjustable from 50 to 1000 cfm, as designed for compatibility with the DUSTBUGGY line. With the adaptor fitted, a crew can use the DUSTBUGGY on its own for routine ceiling work and connect the machine by duct when a job's requirements call for negative air. The machine and the duct are sold separately.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then HEPACART ships in-stock items by ground parcel from Lenexa, Kansas, within 2 to 4 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves HEPACART.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.

HEPACART covers the HEPACART Export Adaptor under its own manufacturer warranty, on HEPACART's terms; we don't add a separate warranty. Complete the warranty activation when HEPACART's Warranty Activation Email arrives, and keep the model and serial number from the unit's label with your records.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.

HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.

The Export Adaptor is one of two ways HEPACART adds negative air to a DUSTBUGGY: the adaptor connects an external machine such as a HEPAFORCE AIR 1100, while a retrofit kit converts the cart into a HEPACART with a built-in machine. HEPACART carts already have their negative air machine on board and do not need it.
