The larger HEPAFORCE
The HEPAFORCE AIR 2100 is the larger of HEPACART's two HEPAFORCE AIR negative air machines and air scrubbers. It cleans the air and holds negative or positive pressure on construction, renovation and remediation work in medical facilities, commercial buildings and job sites, and HEPACART publishes the HEPAFORCE AIR line for ICRA compliance levels I to V.
HEPA and pre-filter
Its HEPA filter measures 24" x 24" x 12" (AIR21.HF242412), is rated 99.99% at 0.3 µm and exceeds ASHRAE 52.2 MERV 16, and it is mounted after the fan. A 24" x 24" x 2" MERV 8 high-velocity pre-filter (AIR21.PF242402, case of 12) protects it. Filters are tested per IEST-RP-C001 for air flow, and every unit is verified to HEPA standards before it ships.
Power and controls
Variable speed runs from 50 to 1700 cfm on an integrated control panel, with indicator lights for pre-filter and HEPA filter changes. The machine is wired for 120 V AC, 50/60 Hz at 6 to 12 amps, its fan motor carries a 50,000 hour life expectancy, and the power cord stores on the housing.
Size and handling
The AIR 2100 measures 42" L x 31" W x 27.5" H and weighs 120 lbs. Heavy-duty casters and handles let one person tilt and wheel it, and the housing is commercial-grade aluminum and high-impact ABS plastic assembled with blind self-sealing rivets and silicone-sealed seams. A 12" exhaust port (AIR21.PORT-12) is available to duct its air.

Shipping
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, then HEPACART ships in-stock units from Lenexa, Kansas, within 2 to 4 business days, fully assembled on a pallet by LTL freight, and they spend about 1 to 6 business days in transit depending on your region. Custom or out-of-stock items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Freight is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. It goes to a business address in the lower 48 states with a loading dock or forklift; contact us before you order if you need residential, liftgate, inside or appointment delivery, or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves HEPACART.
Damaged in delivery
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Returns
Unused HEPACART products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, if HEPACART approves the return. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry HEPACART's 30% restocking fee, you pay the return freight, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Custom and special-order items are final sale, and used or contaminated units can't be returned.
Warranty
HEPACART covers the HEPAFORCE AIR 2100 under its own manufacturer warranty, on HEPACART's terms; we don't add a separate warranty. Complete the warranty activation when HEPACART's Warranty Activation Email arrives, and keep the model and serial number from the unit's label with your records.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and serial number, and report any fault present on arrival within 10 days of delivery. We file the claim with HEPACART, which repairs or replaces equipment that was defective when it shipped.
About HEPACART
HEPACART was founded in 2006 to solve one problem: doing construction and maintenance work in an occupied hospital without letting dust and airborne contaminants spread into the rooms around it. Its product line is assembled at its factory in Lenexa, Kansas, and HEPACART reports that carts it sold in 2006 are still in service.
The AIR 2100 is the high-airflow model in HEPACART's HEPAFORCE AIR line, beside the lighter AIR 1100 at up to 1000 cfm. Its exhaust can feed the full size Whisper Clean HEPA diffuser, and HEPACART makes a fitted dust cover, filters and an exhaust port for it.

Next to the AIR 1100, the AIR 2100 is the bigger housing at 42" L x 31" W x 27.5" H, and it moves up to 1700 cfm against the smaller machine's 1000 cfm.
Choose it for larger rooms, longer duct runs or projects that need more air changes per hour, and the AIR 1100 where weight and a shared circuit matter more.
One build across the AIR line
Every HEPAFORCE AIR machine uses commercial-grade aluminum and high-impact ABS plastic, blind self-sealing rivets and heavy-duty casters with handles, with the HEPA filter mounted after the fan.
Crews that run both sizes get the same controls, the same filter change lights and the same handling, so moving between machines on a job takes no retraining.
Feeding a diffuser in the corridor
A HEPAFORCE AIR can exhaust through flex duct into a Whisper Clean HEPA diffuser, which takes up to 2256 cfm on the full size model, comfortably above the AIR 2100's 1700 cfm.
That lets the machine's exhaust be released inside the building through a second HEPA stage rather than ducted out through a window or door.
