The kit is designed to work as one system: ANZZI includes the matte black track, rollers, anti-jump blocks, stoppers, a floor door guide, spacers, anchors, bolts, screws, an Allen wrench and the handle. The hardware kit is finished in matte black.

Installation & Care
Installation
Interior use only. Installation needs two people and a ladder. Do not fix the 78.7" track to drywall alone: mount it into a 1" x 4" solid wood blocking board the length of the track, secured into the studs (use a stud finder), or into concrete; the blocking board is not in the kit's parts list. Hold the track level above the opening, mark and drill the holes 2" deep with a 3/8" bit, fit the 3/8" anchors, set the spacers between wall and track and fasten it with the 5/16" x 3.5" bolts using a 13mm wrench, without overtightening. Bolt the top mount rollers to the door with 16mm and 17mm wrenches, fit the anti-jump blocks, lift the door onto the track and test how it covers the opening. Fix the floor door guide in the bottom groove (holes 1.6" deep with a 5/16" bit), set the left and right stoppers with the Allen wrench and attach the handle. Once hung, ANZZI recommends checking the bolts every 3 months and re-tightening them if needed. Consult local building codes before you start.
Care
For daily care, wipe the door and hardware with a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners or products containing acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, and never use scrapers, metal brushes or anything that can scratch or tarnish the surfaces. Check the track and roller bolts every 3 months and re-tighten them if needed.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI covers this barn door with a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as stated on the ANZZI product page. Contact us for the full terms and how to file a claim.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
