J&D Heavy-Duty Industrial Basket Fan, 20" to 30", 115V

What it is

The J&D Heavy-Duty Industrial Basket Fan is a direct drive circulation fan made for manufacturing floors, warehouses, shops and porches, where moving air keeps machines and people cooler. It mounts on a wall or post and comes in 20", 24" and 30" sizes, in black or white, with fixed or oscillating heads.

Speeds and oscillation

The non-oscillating 20" and 24" models have a 2-speed, 1/4 HP motor rated by J&D at 2,550 and 3,700 CFM of thrust on high. The oscillating models have a 3-speed motor and pivot through 80 degrees: 2,340 CFM for the 20", 3,820 CFM for the 24" and 6,520 CFM for the 30", which has a 1/2 HP motor and comes in black only. A pull chain changes speed.

Power and motors

Every model has an attached cord with a 3-prong plug pre-wired for 115V; the non-oscillating fans have a 10' cord and the oscillating fans a 12' cord. The motors are totally enclosed and maintenance-free with sealed ball bearings, and there are no belts or pulleys to service. Heavy-gauge, powder-coated guards meet OSHA 1910.212(a)(5), so the fan can be installed at any height.

Mounting and warranty

Mounting brackets are not included. J&D makes a wall bracket and 42" extended brackets for square or round posts, so choose the one that fits your building. J&D covers the fan for 1 year against defects, the motor carries a 2-year warranty, and the fan accepts J&D misting and fogging kits.

Ship times vary by model and some are built to order, so we confirm the ship date by email after you order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves J&D.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused J&D equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry J&D's restocking fee of up to 25%, you pay the return shipping, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Built-to-order, special-order and non-stock items are final sale, and installed or used equipment can't be returned.

J&D covers the Heavy-Duty Industrial Basket Fan for 1 year from the J&D invoice date against defects in materials and workmanship, and its motor for 2 years. Misuse, abuse, alterations, improper installation or operation, lack of maintenance and non-J&D parts void the warranty, and normal wear, cosmetic rust or corrosion, freight, removal, installation and labor are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and J&D part number. We file the claim with J&D, which decides whether to repair, replace or credit the product. Keep the product clean, dry and stored until it does, because J&D may ask for it back.
