J&D HPF Fog Ring Kit for JD360 Destratifier, 22" Stainless, 8 Nozzles

What it is

The J&D HPF Fog Ring Kit is a 22" stainless-steel ring with eight anti-drip high-pressure fog nozzles that mounts around the cone of a J&D JD360 destratification fan. Fed by an HPF portable pump, it adds fine fog to the JD360's airflow for evaporative cooling and humidity control in greenhouses and other buildings with an air-exchange strategy.

Nozzle sizes and fitting

Three versions differ only in nozzle size: SS2218 uses .006 GPM nozzles for .048 GPM total, SS2228 uses .015 GPM nozzles for .120 GPM total, and SS2238 uses .039 GPM nozzles for .312 GPM total (nozzle flows at 1,000 PSI). The ring connects with a 3/8" slip-lock fitting and attaches to the fan with chemical-resistant nylon hardware. Hand tighten the nozzles only, since tools can damage them.

Water quality

J&D requires treated water for high-pressure fog: hardness under 7 grains per gallon, pH 7.0 or higher, iron under 0.3 ppm, manganese under 0.05 ppm and total dissolved solids under 500 mg/L. Clogging or damage from untreated water is not covered by J&D's warranty, so test your supply first.

Ship times vary by model and some are built to order, so we confirm the ship date by email after you order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves J&D.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.

Unused J&D equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. Returns carry J&D's restocking fee of up to 25%, you pay the return shipping, and the shipping we paid to deliver it and payment processing fees are not refunded. Built-to-order, special-order and non-stock items are final sale, and installed or used equipment can't be returned.

J&D covers the HPF Fog Ring Kit for 1 year from the J&D invoice date against defects in materials and workmanship. Clogging or damage from water that doesn't meet J&D's water-quality requirements, misuse, abuse, alterations, improper installation or operation, lack of maintenance and non-J&D parts void the warranty, and normal wear, cosmetic rust or corrosion, freight, removal, installation and labor are not covered.

Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, model and J&D part number. We file the claim with J&D, which decides whether to repair, replace or credit the product. Keep the product clean, dry and stored until it does, because J&D may ask for it back.
