Even Temperature Floor To Peak

Even Temperature Floor To Peak

Hung 7' to 16' up and no more than 60' apart, JD360 fans mix the warm air trapped under a roof with the cool air at floor level, which J&D says reduces the floor-to-ceiling temperature gradient by up to 55%.

Even temperatures mean the heat you pay for reaches the floor, fewer dead zones and less condensation dripping onto stock, plants or equipment.

A Cone That Spreads The Air

A Cone That Spreads The Air

The JD360 pushes air down into a smooth poly diverting cone, which turns it outward in every direction at low speed. That is the difference from a ceiling fan, which drives one column of air straight down.

Low-speed, all-around mixing is how J&D designed the JD360 to create a comfortable, uniform environment from floor to peak.

Gold Star Motor Rated IP66

Gold Star Motor Rated IP66

The motor is J&D's Gold Star: IP66 rated, so it is dust tight and can be washed down from any angle, CSA recognized and maintenance-free, with a 2-year motor warranty.

The single-phase model plugs into 115V on its own cord, while the three-phase JD360-3 is hardwired at 230/460V and can run at variable speed through an external VFD.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

What is the difference between the JD360 and a ceiling fan?

The JD360 blows down into a cone that directs the air out in all directions to destratify a room, rather than pushing a column of air straight down.

How many do I need?

J&D recommends spacing JD360 fans about 60' apart and 30' from the walls, hung 7' to 16' above the floor. Send us your floor plan and ceiling height and we will check the layout.

Can I control its speed?

The single-phase JD360 cannot be speed controlled. The three-phase JD360-3 can vary speed with an external VFD.

Does it plug in?

The single-phase JD360 has a 3-prong cord pre-wired for 115V, so you can hang it and plug it in; an electrician can rewire it for 230V. The JD360-3 has no cord.

Can I add fog cooling?

Yes. J&D's 22" HPF fog ring kits (SS2218, SS2228, SS2238) mount around the JD360 and run from an HPF portable pump.
