The K-AZ227-2B Roine is an ANZZI 33" reversible farmhouse kitchen sink in matte white solid surface man made ANZZI stone, with a reversible apron front that installs with either the smooth or the decorative face forward. The Roine is crafted of rich solid surface man made ANZZI stone with a smooth, non-porous surface that is warm and inviting to the touch.
The exterior dimensions are 33" L x 18" W x 9.5" H and the basin dimensions are 16.65" L x 15.49" W x 8.35" H, with a 3.5" drain opening.
The surface is easy to clean and low maintenance, non-porous, and resistant to germs, stains, fire and chemicals, and an ANZZI stone surface resists discoloration and visible chipping. The solid core allows you to easily sand away scuffs and marks without affecting the finish. The inside corners are seamless 10 mm radius corners for easier cleaning, and the craftsmanship is RHINO ALLOY certified ANZZI Stone.
Faucet and Plumbing
Allow room for the faucet: ensure adequate clearance behind the sink for any faucet and backsplash, and full range of motion for faucet spouts and handles. The drain opening is 3.5", so plan the strainer and drain for that size.
As an ANZZI 33" reversible farmhouse kitchen sink with a reversible smooth or decorative front, the K-AZ227-2B gives a kitchen a matte white solid surface apron front sink.

Installation & Care
Installation
Because of a +/- 5 mm tolerance in the measurements, do not cut or build the countertop until the sink is received and measured. Start with the general recommendations: read the installation and maintenance instructions thoroughly, inspect the sink for any noticeable damage before installation, and check all local plumbing and building codes. The instructions cover composite or solid surface countertops only; refer a stone, marble, granite or butcher-block countertop to an experienced countertop fabricator. Installation by experienced, professional installers only is suggested, with on-site installation for custom cutting of the countertop; acceptable variances are approximately 1/8", and farmhouse sinks require custom order cabinets, so consult your cabinet dealer. The tools list runs from a tape measure, jigsaw and framing square to shims, wood braces, denatured alcohol, silicone adhesive sealant and ear and eye protection. To prepare the sink base cabinet, you need a custom order sink base cabinet with a front cutout to accommodate a 10" deep sink, and a plywood platform built on a support frame inside the cabinet that must support the weight of the sink and any attachments such as a garbage disposal. With the sink on the platform, its top must sit evenly flush against the bottom of the countertop, with clearance for the water supply lines, drains or garbage disposal. To set the sink, clean the bottom of the countertop and the top flange of the sink with denatured alcohol, apply a bead of silicone adhesive (not supplied) around the top edge of the sink, place the countertop onto the sink and remove excess sealant. For the countertop, a 1/4" reveal on 3 sides is recommended for undermount installation; for flush mount or built-up installation, cut along the outside line of the sink profile. The front of a farmhouse sink is designed to extend 3/4" beyond the front of the countertop. No template is provided: outline the sink itself in pencil.
Care
Clean regularly with soap and hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge; test stronger cleaners on an inconspicuous area first, rinse completely and do not let cleaner soak. Scuffs and marks can be sanded away thanks to the solid core.
