Genuine KwiKool replacement filters for the BioAir 1800 Plus and BioAir 1800 Max air scrubbers. Choose the 18-FILTERBIO, the 4" steel-cased HEPA filter rated at 99.97% for particles larger than 0.3 µm, or the 18-FILTERPRE blue pre-filter that protects it.
The 1800 runs the most air of any BioAir, so its filters load up fastest on remediation and construction jobs. Keep a spare HEPA filter on hand and change or wash the pre-filter often to hold the rated airflow.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
KwiKool only takes back current, unused units, and every return needs a return authorization issued in advance, so contact us before you ship. Returns must arrive within 21 days of delivery in the original packaging, and you prepay the return freight. Any damage found when the unit arrives back is charged for repair, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used or contaminated units and special-order items can't be returned.
Filters are maintenance items and are excluded from KwiKool's limited product warranty. Check the filter on delivery and report any shipping damage before installing it.
Warranty claims. Call KwiKool Technical Support at 1-800-594-5665 with the model and serial number. KwiKool decides between an authorized on-site repair and a return to its repair facility. The owner pays the freight to the repair facility and carries the risk of freight damage. KwiKool's warranty covers units bought for commercial or industrial use.
