The KwiKool PHP KPHP1811-3 is a heat pump spot cooler that heats at 17,010 BTU/hr (1.5-ton) and cools at 13,850 BTU/hr (1.1-ton) from one 115V cabinet. Its I/O integral condenser ducts both the make-up and discharge air, so the room stays in balance.
It covers offices, job trailers, server rooms and storage areas that need cooling in summer and safe heat in winter, without exposed heat strips. It heats in rooms down to 40°F, plugs into a NEMA 5-15 outlet and comes with an external 5-gallon condensate tank.

Setup & Placement
Roll the PHP into place and lock the casters. Connect the condenser make-up and discharge openings to the two-duct ceiling kit or to ducts of 25' or less, and connect the external condensate tank or a drain line.
Plug the unit into a dedicated 115V circuit that matches its plug: NEMA 5-15 for the KPHP1811-3 and NEMA 5-20 for the KPHP2211-3.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
KwiKool only takes back current, unused units, and every return needs a return authorization issued in advance, so contact us before you ship. Returns must arrive within 21 days of delivery in the original packaging, and you prepay the return freight. Any damage found when the unit arrives back is charged for repair, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used or contaminated units and special-order items can't be returned.
KwiKool warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, with defective equipment repaired or replaced at KwiKool's option. The warranty start date is the ship date, or a documented installation date, but no later than 18 months from the ship date. Units used for rental purposes carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty, and shipping charges apply to warranty returns after the first 90 days. The warranty extends to purchasers who buy for commercial or industrial use and excludes filters and other maintenance items, misuse, improper installation, freight damage and operation outside the published ambient temperature range.
Warranty claims. Call KwiKool Technical Support at 1-800-594-5665 with the model and serial number. KwiKool decides between an authorized on-site repair and a return to its repair facility. The owner pays the freight to the repair facility and carries the risk of freight damage. KwiKool's warranty covers units bought for commercial or industrial use.
