The 313FF-6030SW is a Laviva 60" x 30" bathroom mirror from the Sterling collection in Soft White, a solid oak framed bathroom mirror for anyone finishing a Laviva vanity with a mirror in the same finish. It is wider than it is tall, and the Soft White frame carries the vanity's finish up the wall so cabinet and mirror read as one set.
The frame is solid oak wood with a durable, water resistant polyurethane finish, so it stands up to a bathroom that steams up every morning. The shape is a simple rectangular outline, the basic building block that lets the wood and the finish do the work.
It measures 60" W x 30" H x 0.8" D and weighs 41 lb. At only 0.8" deep it sits close to the wall as a surface mount, leaving room for the faucet and backsplash below, and the hanging hardware is already fixed to the back of the frame.
Sterling mirrors come in 24" x 30", 30" x 30", 36" x 30", 48" x 30" and 60" x 30" sizes, in finishes that include White, Grey, Espresso, California White Oak, Maple Grey and Soft White depending on size, so you can match a single vanity or hang a pair over a double vanity.
Choosing the Size and Finish
Choose the size by the vanity below it. A mirror a little narrower than the vanity, centered over the sink, leaves room for wall lights at the sides, while a mirror the full width of the vanity makes a small bathroom feel bigger. At 60" x 30" this mirror is wider than it is tall. In this size Laviva makes Sterling in Espresso, Grey, Maple Grey, Soft White and White.
Hanging It
Plan the wall before you hang it. The pre-installed hardware takes two screws into the wall with the two plastic expansion anchors supplied, so mark the screw positions with a level and pencil, check for cables and pipes inside the wall, then drill. Laviva warns the mirror is very fragile: handle it gently and lay it flat on a soft surface until it is up.
Laviva notes that wood naturally darkens and mellows with exposure to light over time, and that direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes can change the color of a wood finish, so a new mirror can look slightly different next to a vanity that has been in the room for years. Differences in wood grain are natural characteristics rather than defects.
For finishing a Laviva vanity with a mirror in the same finish, the Laviva 60" x 30" bathroom mirror 313FF-6030SW gives you a solid oak frame in Soft White, a water resistant polyurethane finish, pre-installed hardware and a slim profile that sits close to the wall.
Solid Oak Wood Frame
The frame is solid oak wood in the Soft White finish chosen to match Laviva's vanities. It brings the warmth of the cabinet up to eye level.
Water Resistant Polyurethane Finish
A durable, water resistant polyurethane finish protects the oak from humidity and splashes from the sink. That suits a room that steams up every day.
Pre-Installed Mounting Hardware
The hanging hardware is already fixed to the back of the frame, so there is nothing to attach before you hang it. Two screws and two wall anchors are in the box.
60" x 30" Size
At 60" x 30", the mirror is wider than it is tall. Hang it centered over a Laviva vanity of a similar width for a matched look.
Slim 0.8" Profile
The mirror is only 0.8" deep, so it sits flat against the wall as a surface mount and leaves room for the faucet and backsplash below.
Matched to Laviva Finishes
Sterling frames follow Laviva's vanity finishes, so the Soft White mirror pairs with the Soft White Laviva cabinet. Check the finish name against your vanity when you order.
Installation
Surface mount on the wall using the pre-installed hardware with the two screws and two plastic expansion anchors that come with it. Laviva's guide in Resources lists the tools: a level, tape measure, pencil, Phillips screwdriver and a drill. Mark the screw holes before you drill and avoid the cables and pipes inside the wall. Laviva warns the mirror is very fragile, so handle it gently and lay it flat on a soft surface until it is hung.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than the frame, and wipe the oak frame with a soft, lightly damp cloth, then dry it. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals, which Laviva warns scratch and dull the finish.
Laviva ships this item from its Los Angeles warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, or write "subject to further inspection" if the driver can't wait, and you can refuse a clearly damaged shipment. Email photos of the damage and the packaging to support@mycleansupplies.com within 24 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 24 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Laviva products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 25% restocking fee is deducted; the original shipping charge is not refunded. Installed products, items missing their packaging and countertops drilled for extra faucet holes can't be returned.
LAVIVA Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date, and repairs or replaces a defective product with one of equal value at its discretion. The warranty covers the original owner or end user for personal household use, is not transferable, and is void if the product is moved from its first place of installation. It requires installation by a fully insured licensed professional following the LAVIVA instructions and local plumbing codes, and it does not cover improper installation, misuse, abrasive cleaners, accidents, or labor and removal costs. Natural variation in wood grain and stone color, veining, and pattern is not a defect, and replacement pieces may not match existing pieces exactly.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Laviva. Laviva repairs the product or replaces it with one of equal value at its discretion; keep your proof of purchase.
