Installation & Care
Installation
Wall mount with the hardware included; the mirror can hang vertically or horizontally. Find the studs or use anchors rated for your wall, mark the holes with a level before you drill, and avoid the cables and pipes inside the wall. The mirror weighs 12.85 lb, so have a second person hold it while you set it.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than the frame, and wipe the stainless steel frame with a soft, damp cloth, then dry it. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals, which Laviva warns scratch and dull the Matte Black finish.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Laviva ships this item from its Los Angeles warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 3 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, or write "subject to further inspection" if the driver can't wait, and you can refuse a clearly damaged shipment. Email photos of the damage and the packaging to support@mycleansupplies.com within 24 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 24 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Laviva products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 25% restocking fee is deducted; the original shipping charge is not refunded. Installed products, items missing their packaging and countertops drilled for extra faucet holes can't be returned.
LAVIVA Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date, and repairs or replaces a defective product with one of equal value at its discretion. The warranty covers the original owner or end user for personal household use, is not transferable, and is void if the product is moved from its first place of installation. It requires installation by a fully insured licensed professional following the LAVIVA instructions and local plumbing codes, and it does not cover improper installation, misuse, abrasive cleaners, accidents, or labor and removal costs. Natural variation in wood grain and stone color, veining, and pattern is not a defect, and replacement pieces may not match existing pieces exactly.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Laviva. Laviva repairs the product or replaces it with one of equal value at its discretion; keep your proof of purchase.
