A white cUPC certified rectangular ceramic sink with overflow comes pre-mounted underneath, so there is no sink to set and seal on site. A matching backsplash is included. Stone tops vary in color, pattern and texture from piece to piece.

It measures 36" W x 22" D x 0.7" thick and weighs 64 lb. Laviva sells this top with its 36" Alto, Wilson and Wimbledon vanity cabinets, so a Laviva cabinet in the same width is the simplest match; on another brand's cabinet, check the sink position and the inside width before you order.
White quartz suits a bright, modern bathroom: the sealed surface takes daily use when it is wiped dry after use, and it pairs with any of Laviva's cabinet finishes. The top is drilled for a single hole faucet, and the vanity cabinet and faucet are sold separately.
Planning the Fit
Plan the fit before you order. The top measures 36" W x 22" D x 0.7" thick; set on a cabinet of the same nominal width it gives the usual small overhang at the front and sides, and the sink position must clear the cabinet's drawers and plumbing. Because the sink comes pre-mounted under the top, the work on the day is setting the top level on a bead of silicone and connecting the faucet and drain, done by a fully insured, licensed professional, as Laviva requires.

Laviva notes that stone and quartz products vary in color, shade and pattern from piece to piece, and that a replacement piece may not match an existing one exactly. Those variations are natural characteristics of the material rather than defects.

If your faucet needs more holes, Laviva drills 4" centerset or 8" widespread holes on request at no extra charge with a signed waiver; it takes about 1 to 2 weeks, and a drilled top can no longer be returned.
Hand Honed, Sealed Twice
Laviva cuts the top from a solid 0.7" (18mm) slab, hones and polishes it by hand and seals it twice to enhance its life. The sealed surface stands up to the water and soap a vanity sees every day.

Installation & Care
Installation
The top sets onto a 36" vanity cabinet and arrives with its sink already mounted underneath, so the plumber only connects the faucet and drain. Set it level on the cabinet with a bead of silicone, which Laviva's vanity installation guides list among the tools, and carry it with two people, keeping it flat and supported. Handle the stone backsplash with care and lay it flat on a soft surface until it is fitted; Laviva warns that stone backsplashes are very fragile. Laviva's warranty requires installation by a fully insured, licensed professional.
Care
Clean the quartz top and backsplash with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild soap, then dry it. Keep acidic cleaners off the stone, and avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals, which Laviva warns scratch and dull the finish.

Laviva ships this item from its Los Angeles warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment, an adult must be there to sign, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 4 to 10 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, or write "subject to further inspection" if the driver can't wait, and you can refuse a clearly damaged shipment. Email photos of the damage and the packaging to support@mycleansupplies.com within 24 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 24 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Laviva products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 25% restocking fee is deducted; the original shipping charge is not refunded. Installed products, items missing their packaging and countertops drilled for extra faucet holes can't be returned.
LAVIVA Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date, and repairs or replaces a defective product with one of equal value at its discretion. The warranty covers the original owner or end user for personal household use, is not transferable, and is void if the product is moved from its first place of installation. It requires installation by a fully insured licensed professional following the LAVIVA instructions and local plumbing codes, and it does not cover improper installation, misuse, abrasive cleaners, accidents, or labor and removal costs. Natural variation in wood grain and stone color, veining, and pattern is not a defect, and replacement pieces may not match existing pieces exactly.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Laviva. Laviva repairs the product or replaces it with one of equal value at its discretion; keep your proof of purchase.
