The White Carrara Marble Countertop
The White Carrara marble countertop is cut from a 2cm thick slab that Laviva hones and polishes by hand and seals twice to help it last, finished with a double ogee edge. A white cUPC certified rectangular ceramic sink with overflow comes pre-mounted underneath, so there is no sink to set and seal on site. A matching backsplash is included. Natural stone varies in color, pattern and texture, so the veining on your top is its own.
The cabinet is solid oak wood and plywood, ships fully assembled and stands on adjustable feet that level it on an uneven floor. Overall it measures 36" W x 22" D x 34.5" H and weighs 153 lb.
The top is drilled for a single hole faucet, and the faucet and mirror are sold separately. Laviva lists matching Wimbledon mirrors in 24", 36" and 60" widths.
Planning the Install
Plan the room before the vanity arrives. Allow for the 22" depth plus the swing of the doors and drawers in front of it, and check that the 36" width clears door trim and the toilet. Laviva ships the cabinet 100% assembled, so on the day the work is leveling it on its adjustable, self leveling feet, setting the top and connecting the faucet and drain. Laviva recommends roughing in the water and drain lines after the vanity arrives so they line up with the cabinet, and a professional plumber for the hookup; have a drain pipe and P-trap on hand, as they are not included.

Laviva notes that its vanities are handcrafted, so each piece can vary slightly in size and color within an accepted industry tolerance, and that differences in wood grain and stone veining are natural characteristics of the material rather than defects. This cabinet is made in Vietnam.

An X pattern runs across the front doors and both side panels, a clean detail that reads well from the doorway. In Grey, it works in a classic bathroom or a modern one.
Towel Bar Handle

Faucet Ready Top
The top comes drilled for a single hole faucet, so a standard single hole faucet drops straight in. If your faucet needs more holes, Laviva drills 4" centerset or 8" widespread holes on request at no extra charge with a signed waiver; it takes about 1 to 2 weeks, and a drilled top can no longer be returned.

Installation & Care
Installation
Freestanding: the cabinet stands on adjustable feet, so you level it on the floor rather than hang it on the wall. Laviva recommends roughing in the drain and water lines after the vanity arrives, so they line up with the cabinet, and having a professional plumber install it. The installation guide in Resources shows the parts and each step. The drain pipe and P-trap are not included.
Care
Clean the marble top and backsplash with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild soap, then dry it, and wipe up spills before they sit. Keep acidic cleaners off natural stone, and avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals, which Laviva warns scratch and dull the finish. Natural stone has small pits that are filled during manufacture; Laviva notes these fills can wear with use and refilling them is normal maintenance. Wipe the Grey cabinet with a soft, lightly damp cloth and dry it, and do not leave water standing on the finish or around the base. Laviva notes that wood naturally darkens and mellows with light over time, and that direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes can change its color or damage the surface.

Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Laviva ships this item from its Los Angeles warehouse by LTL freight with curbside delivery: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment, an adult must be there to sign, and you move the item from the curb to its final spot. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 4 to 10 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states; for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, or write "subject to further inspection" if the driver can't wait, and you can refuse a clearly damaged shipment. Email photos of the damage and the packaging to support@mycleansupplies.com within 24 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 24 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Laviva products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 25% restocking fee is deducted; the original shipping charge is not refunded. Installed products, items missing their packaging and countertops drilled for extra faucet holes can't be returned.
LAVIVA Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date, and repairs or replaces a defective product with one of equal value at its discretion. The warranty covers the original owner or end user for personal household use, is not transferable, and is void if the product is moved from its first place of installation. It requires installation by a fully insured licensed professional following the LAVIVA instructions and local plumbing codes, and it does not cover improper installation, misuse, abrasive cleaners, accidents, or labor and removal costs. Natural variation in wood grain and stone color, veining, and pattern is not a defect, and replacement pieces may not match existing pieces exactly.
Warranty claims. Contact us with your order number, the model number and photos of the defect, and we file the claim with Laviva. Laviva repairs the product or replaces it with one of equal value at its discretion; keep your proof of purchase.
