The ANZZI LS-AZ097 Cadenza Series is a 20.5" x 18" white vitreous china drop-in bathroom sink with three 35 mm faucet holes and a front side built-in overflow. It is cUPC certified.
20.5" x 18" Drop-In With Three Faucet Holes
The sink measures 20.5" x 18". It is a drop-in sink: it lowers into a cutout in the counter, the perimeter of the rim meets the counter and the bowl sits completely inside the cutout.
The three 35 mm faucet holes are drilled in the sink, so the faucet you choose needs to fit three holes. The overflow is built into the front side of the bowl, and the basin has a standard 1.75" drain opening; the drain is not included.
The Cadenza is made of RHINO ALLOY approved artisan strength vitreous china, with a smoothly polished basin that has the delicate features of fine china and the durability of high end ceramics. The finish is a non-porous, long lasting polished white.

Installation & Care
Installation
Drop-in into a counter cutout. Read the instructions in full and observe local building and safety codes. Tools: silicone sealant, damp cloth, level, thread sealant and basin wrench. Test-fit the sink so the rim meets the counter and the bowl sits inside the cutout; installing the drain and faucet first makes it easier. Run a bead of silicone sealant around the cutout, press the sink in, check level and alignment, tighten any included mounting clips and wipe off excess sealant. For the drain (not included) in the 1.75" opening, take the tail piece, rubber sealing gaskets, friction washer and lock nut off the drain body, reattach the tail piece with thread sealant and slide the flat rubber gasket up to the drain body to seal the drain flange to the sink, then fit the tapered gasket, friction washer and lock nut and finish with a basin wrench.
Care
Clean regularly with regular soap and hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Test any stronger cleaner on an inconspicuous area first, wipe and rinse the surface completely with water right after, rinse and dry any overspray, and do not allow the cleaner to soak.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
