The sink installs top mount on the counter over a 1.75" standard drain opening and is sealed with silicone. The single faucet hole is 35 mm and takes a single-hole bathroom faucet. The drain is not included. The sink is cUPC certified.
A Vessel Sink with Its Own Faucet Hole
The Neptune's single 35 mm faucet hole sits in a 2.75" high deck at the back of the sink, so it takes a single-hole bathroom faucet mounted on the basin itself. The deck rests on the counter, so the counter needs a drain hole and a hole under the faucet hole for the supply lines.
Drain and Overflow
The 1.75" standard drain opening works with the back-side built-in overflow, so choose a 1.75" pop-up drain with an overflow opening; ANZZI does not include the drain. ANZZI's vessel sink instructions set the bowl over a 2" drain hole in the counter and seal its base with a continuous bead of silicone, left to dry for 24 hours.
Caring for Polished White China
Clean with regular soap and hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, then rinse fully. Test any stronger cleaner on a hidden area first and do not let it soak on the surface.
Completing the Neptune Setup
The LS-AZ117 is cUPC certified.
Gather silicone sealant, a damp cloth, a basin wrench and thread sealant before you start. To set the sink, turn it upside down on a towel or soft cloth, run the silicone bead around its base, then turn it upright over the counter hole and wipe away the excess with the damp cloth. When fitting your drain, coat the tail piece threads with thread sealant, place the tapered rubber gasket and friction washer under the counter and hand-tighten the lock nut. Inspect the sink as soon as it arrives and report any damage to ANZZI right away.

Installation & Care
Installation
Top mount over a single drain hole in the counter. Following ANZZI's vessel sink instructions, set the sink upside down on a soft cloth, run a continuous bead of silicone around the base where it rests on the counter, turn it over and position it over the drain hole, wipe off the excess with a damp cloth and let the silicone dry for 24 hours. Then fit a vessel drain (not included) in the 1.75" opening with thread sealant and a basin wrench. ANZZI recommends a professional if you are unfamiliar with this type of installation. Mount a single-hole faucet through the 35 mm hole in the sink deck, with a matching hole in the counter below for the supply lines.
Care
Clean the vitreous china with regular soap and hot water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, then rinse and wipe dry. Use only a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Test any stronger cleaner on a hidden area first and do not let cleaner soak on the surface.

ANZZI ships this item from the SW Corp warehouse by UPS, FedEx or USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states on orders of $101 or more (orders under $101 ship for a flat $15); for Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before you order. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused ANZZI products in their original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, which for a freight item means the freight cost, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted along with payment processing fees. Installed, used or damaged products and special-order items can't be returned.
ANZZI warrants this product to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime, for residential use, and replaces a defective product or part free of charge. Register it at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery to activate the warranty, and report any surface damage within 5 days of delivery, before installation. Shipping, handling and labor costs, commercial use, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, hard-water or mineral deposits and corrosive cleaners are not covered.
Warranty claims. Call ANZZI at 1-844-442-6994 (1-844-44-ANZZI) with your proof of purchase to submit a claim and get a return authorization (RMA). Register the product at anzzi.com/register within 90 days of delivery, or the warranty is not active. Contact us with your order number if you would like help with the claim.
