A handle that folds away

A handle that folds away

The E14 handle unlocks with a lever and swings down over the body for storage, then locks back into its working position for scrubbing. The whole machine measures 28.3" long, 19.3" wide and 25.4" high with the handle raised.

That lets it park in a janitor closet or under a counter between jobs, so small sites can keep a real auto scrubber on hand without giving up a storage bay to it.

Small enough to travel

Small enough to travel

Folded, the E14 fits in the back of a hatchback, and at 88 lbs net it tips back onto its two rear wheels to roll between rooms. There are no batteries to charge before the trip: it runs from a 115 V outlet at the other end.

Cleaners who look after several small accounts can take one scrubber from site to site instead of keeping a machine at each location, and it still dries the floor in the same pass.

Run it from the handle

Run it from the handle

The E14 is started from its handle end: one switch runs the 200 W vacuum motor, another the 250 W brush motor, and a lever lowers the squeegee. There is no drive motor to manage, because the 14" brush works at a slight angle and pulls the machine forward as it turns at 170 rpm.

Start-up is two switches and a lever, and steering needs only light pressure on the grips, so occasional users in restrooms, break rooms and small shops can scrub without training on a larger machine.

Got Questions?

Find answers below or contact our support team.

Does the E14 run on batteries?

No. This E14 is the corded 115 V model. It runs from a standard wall outlet through its power cord, so there are no batteries to charge or maintain. Plan your cleaning route around outlets within reach of the cord.

How much floor can it clean per hour?

Minuteman rates the E14 at 11,302ft² per hour with its 14" scrub path. Real output depends on how often you stop to move the cord, empty the 4.8 gal recovery tank and refill the 4.2 gal solution tank.

Does it come with a brush?

Yes. A 14" disc brush and the squeegee are packed in the top of the carton for fitting on arrival. For exceptionally tough soil Minuteman supplies other brush types on request.

How do I fit or change the brush?

Raise the squeegee, tip the machine back on its handle, center it over the brush and tap the start button in short pulses: the brush locks on by itself. The same pulses release it again. Replace the brush before worn bristles let the base mark the floor.

Can the E14 be used on ramps?

Minuteman limits it to grades of 2% or less. It is built for level floors, so roll it over thresholds rather than scrubbing slopes with it.
