The Minuteman E20 is a battery walk-behind floor scrubber with a 20" disc, a 33" squeegee, a 12 gal solution tank and a 13 gal recovery tank. It runs on two 12 V batteries kept topped up by its own on-board charger, and it loads or drops its pad driver with a turn of the key.
Pick brush drive for smaller, level areas, or traction drive for a powered wheel and dial speed control across long corridors and open floors. Either way, the E20 fits schools, hospitals, stores and warehouses, with wet lead-acid or sealed AGM batteries to match how your team handles maintenance.
Features
Key-Operated Brush Load and Unload
Lower the deck over the pad driver and pull the bail to engage it; turn the key briefly to the unload position to drop it. Hands stay away from the dirty pad.
Low-Profile Disc Deck
A single 20" disc turns at 180 rpm on a 3/4 HP brush motor, with a low deck that scrubs around and under obstacles.
12 Gal Solution, 13 Gal Recovery
Long runs between refills, and a hygienic recovery tank that is quick to rinse at the end of the shift.
No-Fuss Squeegee
The 33" rear squeegee needs no daily operator adjustment and comes off with two star-shaped knobs. Its blades turn to use all four edges.
On-Board Smart Charger
Charge from any grounded outlet. The machine is locked out while plugged in, and the charger stops at full charge to protect the batteries.
Traction Drive Option
Traction drive models add a 1/5 HP drive motor with a speed dial, a 3.1 mph working speed and 27,280ft²/hr rated productivity.
Adjustable Handle
The handle adjusts for angle and height, and ergonomic bail handles give a secure grip for steering.

Setup & Placement
The two 12 V batteries sit under the recovery tank, which tilts back for access once it is drained. Charge them fully with the on-board charger before the first shift. On wet lead-acid batteries, keep the water 1/4"-1/2" above the separators with distilled water and never overfill.
To fit the pad driver, center the raised deck over it, release the deck lift pedal to lower the deck, turn the key on and pull the bail handle to engage it.

Warranty & Shipping
Warranty. Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty for battery automatic scrubbers, including the on-board charger: 5 years parts, 3 years labor, 12 years on polyethylene components and 90 days travel. Batteries are replaced in full for the first 3 months and pro-rated from months 4 to 12. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping. Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect on delivery. Check the carton and the machine when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
