The E20 Sport solution lid lifts clear to expose a wide fill opening, so the 12 gal tank fills straight from a hose or bucket without a funnel, and a screened fill filter keeps grit out of the solution line.
Quick refills matter most on restore work, when the machine runs at high speed with plenty of water. Keep a hose near the work area and the scrubber spends its time on the floor, not at the sink.
Stack two surface prep pads on the pad driver, switch the brush to its 370 rpm setting and scrub: speed and pad pressure cut away the top coats of finish while the squeegee picks up the slurry in the same pass.
The floor is then rinsed and recoated, with no stripper to buy, mix or dispose of. It removes only the top layers, so a floor with deep or old build-up still needs a full strip.
A 1/5 HP drive motor moves the E20 Sport, with a direction switch and a speed dial at the handle for a working speed up to 3.1 mph. Minuteman rates it at 27,280ft² per hour on its 20" path, with the 33" parabolic squeegee drying the floor behind the deck.
Operators guide 372 lbs of machine instead of pushing it, which keeps high-speed restore passes steady and makes a long shift less tiring.

Scrub, Polish Or Remove Top Two coats. The E20 Sport scrubs daily at 180 rpm, and its high setting at 370 rpm with surface prep pads polishes the floor or removes the top two coats of finish without chemical stripper.
It shares the E20's 20" disc path, 12 gal and 13 gal tanks and traction drive, but uses a 1 HP two-speed brush motor and ships with surface prep pads. It is offered in traction drive only.
Yes. It ships with Minuteman 172520-8 surface prep pads for finish removal. They are thin, so Minuteman specifies stacking two together on the pad driver.
Both options give 24 V and charge on the machine's on-board charger. Wet lead-acid batteries need regular watering with distilled water; gel batteries are sealed and maintenance free.
Minuteman limits operation to grades of 2% or less. Use it on level floors only.
Minuteman lists 372 lbs with batteries. The traction drive moves that weight for the operator, so it matters mostly for loading and for floors with load limits.
