The E30 recovery tank lifts on gas struts and stays up by itself, opening the battery compartment and the top of the 30" deck for service. The deck is cast from corrosion-resistant aluminum and carries two 15" discs.
Easy access keeps daily checks quick: rinse the 30 gal recovery tank, look over the batteries and clear the vacuum inlet before the machine goes back on the floor.
With two 15" discs covering 30", a 43" squeegee and 30 gal of solution, the E30 is rated at 40,920ft² per hour at 3.1 mph. Aqua-Stop brushes keep the solution where the discs are working.
That capacity suits warehouse aisles, gym floors and store sales floors where a ride-on machine would be too large to maneuver.
On the E30 a 0.70 HP drive motor moves the machine, and the operator sets the pace with a speed dial up to a 3.1 mph working speed, steering with the adjustable handle and ergonomic hand bails. The brushes load and unload with a switch, so nobody reaches under the deck.
Crews walk behind the scrubber instead of pushing it, which keeps long runs on a 30 gal tank steady and less tiring.

Aqua-Stop brushes contain the spray radius so the cleaning solution stays inside the brush ring instead of spreading wide. Minuteman rates the saving at 20% on water and chemical.
Minuteman lists 30 gal for both the solution and recovery tanks on the E30.
Both give 24 V and charge on the on-board charger. Wet lead-acid batteries need regular watering with distilled water; gel batteries are sealed and maintenance free, and Minuteman notes they add about 16 lbs.
The squeegee is 43" wide, the widest point in use, so allow for that plus turning room at the aisle ends.
Minuteman rates the E30 at 40,920ft² per hour at a 3.1 mph working speed. Allow for refills, dumping and turns when you plan a route.
