The Minuteman Front Runner 20 puts a 20" pad under a 1.5 HP gear-driven motor for scrubbing, stripping and buffing bigger rooms and long corridors. Choose the single-speed version at 175 rpm, or the 2-speed version that adds a faster setting for buffing.
Its wider head covers more floor with every sweep than the 17" model, which pays off in gyms, lobbies, cafeterias and hallways. Both versions of the Front Runner 20 keep the steel and stainless steel frame, the foot-operated handle adjustment and a 50' hospital-grade cord.

Single Speed or 2-Speed
The single-speed model runs at 175 rpm. The 2-speed model adds a higher speed for buffing and a carbon brush indicator light that signals when the motor needs service.
1.5 HP Motor, Planetary Gears
A heavy-duty 1.5 HP motor on a 66 frame drives the pad through triple planetary steel gears, at an average draw of 14.4 amps.
Steel and Stainless Steel Build
Powder-coated epoxy paint resists scratches and corrosion, and the handle tubes are coated steel.
Adjustable Handle, Dual Levers
Set the handle to any height from the operating position with the foot-operated release. Dual metal switch levers work for left- or right-handed operators.
Safety Interlock
The safety button must be pressed before the trigger levers start the motor, a light shows when the machine has power, and every control handle is non-conductive.
Hospital-Grade Cord
A 50' 14-3 water-resistant cord with a hospital-grade plug, a steel strain relief spring and a quick-release cord latch.
Non-Marking Bumper and Wheels
A wraparound PVC bumper protects walls and furniture, and non-marking rear wheels roll the machine between jobs.

Setup & Placement
Plug the 115 V machine into a grounded three-prong outlet on a standard 15 A, 120 V circuit, and unwind the cord fully before you start. Supply voltage below 105 V or above 125 V can damage the motor.
To fit a brush or pad driver, unplug the machine and tip it back so it rests on its handle, set the driver over the lugs under the gear unit and twist it to the left to lock it. Lower the handle to about waist height to operate.

Warranty. Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty; see the manufacturer warranty for the terms on this model. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping. Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect on delivery. Check the carton and the machine when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
