The Minuteman Kleen Sweep 28 is a self-propelled battery walk-behind sweeper for hard floors and commercial carpet. A 20.1" main broom and a 15.8" side broom sweep a 28" path at up to 3.1 mph, which Minuteman rates at 37,943ft² per hour, while a suction fan and panel filter keep the dust in the machine.
It runs on a maintenance-free 12 V battery system with an on-board charger, ships with a carpet care kit, and works at 63 dB or less, which Minuteman rates as quiet enough for noise-sensitive areas such as hospitals, schools and offices.

Self-Propelled Drive
Pull up the drive bar and the wheel drive moves the machine forward; release it and the machine stops.
28" Sweeping Path
The 20.1" main broom and 15.8" side broom cover 37,943ft² per hour; the side broom lifts clear on its own lever when not needed.
Overhead-Throw Hopper
The broom throws debris over its top into a 9.2-gallon hopper so it fills completely; it carries up to 55 lbs and lifts out after the handlebar tips forward.
Dust Filter
A panel filter rated 99.9% at 3 microns, with a manual shaker and tool-free removal.
Wet Debris Bypass
Open the bypass flap to stop suction when sweeping damp debris, so the filter stays dry.

Setup & Placement
Before the first shift, charge the battery fully from the on-board charger: plug the charger cable into a standard 115 V outlet and let the charge complete. Charge in a ventilated area away from open flames. After that, recharge after use; a full charge takes about 6 to 8 hours.

Warranty & Shipping
Warranty. Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty for battery sweepers: 3 years parts, 3 years labor, 12 years on polyethylene components and 90 days travel. Batteries are replaced in full for the first 3 months and pro-rated from months 4 to 12. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping. Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect on delivery. Check the carton and the machine when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
