The Minuteman Mirage 2000 is the faster of the two Mirage burnishers, turning its 20" head at 2,000 rpm. The extra speed builds gloss quickly on floors that already carry a finish, from the same 1.5 HP belt-driven DC motor and 15 amp draw as its sibling.
It suits floors where shine is noticed every day: school halls, hospital corridors, stores and building lobbies. At 96 lbs, the Mirage 2000 rolls between jobs on 5" non-marking wheels and plugs in with a 75' heavy-duty cord.
Features
1.5 HP Belt-Driven Motor
A 66 frame DC rectified motor turns the pad through a drive belt, and the belt tension can be reset with four motor bolts and two frame screws.
Flexible Pad Driver
The driver's threaded centering device lets the pad conform to the floor for an even, consistent shine from edge to edge.
75' Heavy-Duty Cord
A 12-3 cord with a durable steel strain relief spring covers a wide working radius from each outlet.
Dual Levers and Safety Lockout
Metal on/off levers work from either hand, and the lockout lever under the right grip must be pressed before the motor will start.
Foot-Operated Handle Adjustment
Change the handle height with your foot, without bending down or reaching for a knob.
All-Steel Construction
Steel and stainless steel with a black powder-coated brush cover, a non-marking PVC bumper and 5" non-marking wheels.

Setup & Placement
Plug the Mirage into a grounded outlet on a standard 15 A, 120 V circuit, and unwind the 75' cord fully before use. If an extension is unavoidable, use a 12-gauge, three-wire grounded cord no longer than 25'.
To fit a pad, unplug the machine and tilt it back until it rests on its handle, center the pad on the pad driver and twist the center lock clockwise until tight. Twist it counterclockwise to remove the pad.

Warranty. Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty; see the manufacturer warranty for the terms on this model. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping. Ships from the U.S.; larger machines travel by LTL freight truck.
Inspect on delivery. Check the carton and the machine when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
