RoboScrub 20 learns by example: an operator drives the route once in teach mode from the touchscreen, and the machine records the path. After that it repeats the route on command at up to 1.5 mph, with an emergency stop on the console and another beside the beacon.
Several routes can be stored for different areas or shifts, and the password-protected screen keeps changes in trained hands. When a manual clean is quicker, take the wheel and drive it like any rider.
Cameras and sensors on the front tower scan the aisle ahead, so RoboScrub 20 can scrub a 20" path between shelves and coolers, steer around obstacles and stop if it cannot get past. Minuteman rates it at up to 20,400ft² per hour in autonomous mode.
Stores, warehouses and plants get the same consistent pass on the same floors every day, and crews are freed for work a machine cannot do. Autonomous cleaning is limited to level floors.
RoboScrub 20 carries 16 gal of solution and 16 gal of recovery, and meters the flow between 0 and 0.4 gpm to suit the soil. Its Aqua Stop disc brush holds water inside the brush deck, while the 25" squeegee dries the 20" path behind it.
Fewer stops to refill and dump let a taught route run to the end unattended, and a dry floor behind the machine lowers slip risk in aisles that stay in use while it works.

Up to 4 hours on two AGM batteries in a 24 V system. A full recharge on the off-board charger takes about 7 to 8 hours, so most sites charge between shifts or overnight.
Minuteman rates the RoboScrub 20 at up to 24,500ft² per hour in manual mode on its 20" path. Autonomous mode drives more slowly, so plan routes on a lower hourly figure.
Its 2D and 3D cameras, lidar and sensors detect people and objects and steer around them. If it cannot find a way past, it stops. Two auto-stop buttons, a horn, turn signals, a flashing beacon and anti-joyride detection add further protection.
Yes. It works as a conventional ride-on scrubber-drier whenever an operator takes the seat, which is handy for spills and quick jobs outside the taught routes.
Hard indoor floors such as polished concrete and vinyl composite tile (VCT). Minuteman limits autonomous operation to level floors and manual scrubbing to grades of 2% or less.
Yes. Through the Robot Operations Center, staffed by Brain Corp, it supports mobile alerts, usage tracking, productivity and status reports and remote diagnostics.
