The Minuteman Scrubmaster B120 R is a battery ride-on floor scrubber with 32 gal solution and recovery tanks and a choice of four scrub decks: 28" or 33" cylindrical, or 30" or 35" disc. The operator sits at an ergonomic console with every control in reach, and a 90-degree steering angle lets the machine U-turn in narrow aisles.
It is built for mid-sized facilities such as congested warehouses, car dealerships, beverage plants and aircraft hangars. The Quick Pack models arrive with four batteries and an on-board charger, ready to charge and go to work.

Four Scrub Deck Choices
Disc decks turn two brushes at 210 rpm; cylindrical decks spin two brushes at 850 rpm and pick up light debris as they scrub.
Independent 32 Gal Tanks
Separate 120-liter solution and recovery tanks let it cover long runs before it needs water or a dump.
90-Degree Steering
The steering geometry turns the machine inside a 97" circle, so dead-end aisles and corridors are no problem.
Ergonomic Seat and Console
A comfortable seat, a digital display and yellow touch-points on the service parts make daily operation and checks simple.
Linatex Squeegee Blades
The rear squeegee uses 4-sided Linatex blades, so each blade can be turned to a fresh edge before it is replaced.
Spray Hose Option

Aqua Stop Disc Brushes
On the disc decks, Aqua Stop brush technology can cut water use by up to 50%, per Minuteman.

Setup & Placement
Charge the batteries fully before the first use. Fill the solution tank, then lower the scrub deck and squeegee from the seat and set the water quantity on the display panel. After work, raise the deck and squeegee, empty and rinse the recovery tank, and park the machine indoors on a level floor.

Inspect the packaging and the product before you sign. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, then email photos to support@mycleansupplies.com within 48 hours of delivery so the freight claim can be filed. Damage reported after 48 hours can't be claimed.
Unused Minuteman equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 21 days of delivery. Ask us for a return authorization before you ship. You pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted along with payment processing fees. Used or contaminated machines and special-order items can't be returned.
Covered by Minuteman's Commercial Limited Warranty; see the manufacturer warranty for the terms on this model. Batteries are replaced in full for the first 3 months and pro-rated from months 4 to 12. Wear items such as belts, cords, switches, hoses, rubber parts, brushes and electric motor components are not covered, and non-Minuteman replacement filters void the warranty. Claims go through Minuteman's factory-authorized service stations, for the original purchaser in the U.S. and Canada.
